"The tech who was scheduled to see us today fixed our clothes dryer in under half an hour. We have really enjoyed working with Liberty. Every time we’ve had something malfunction, they stepped up to the plate and helped."

"I am currently experiencing an ongoing issue with this company as they are refusing to honor their contractual obligations and are attempting to only offer a "courtesy approval" of a minor $500 contribution instead of the full amount of Liability for a replacement as stated in the policy. This is after 3 weeks from my claim, of which, the first week was a complete waste of time due to their unreliable contractors who never came by. I had to escalate my claim just to get someone to come diagnose my issue and deal with agents who provided misleading information or completely misinterpreted the nature of the call.

During the process of my replacement, the Resolutions Dept chose to only offer a "courtesy approval" of $500 towards my replacement. The company has stated numerous times that my unit would be replaced (by support and management) but are now refusing to honor their Limits of Liability for the replacement.

This company needs to accurately honor the policy for replacements per their full faith obligation claim.

It isn't worth the time or money to waste on a company that will attempt to mislead you and lie their way out of fulfilling their contractual obligations, while continously charging you monthly for a service that isn't being provided and honored. Their technicians lie and do not show up when scheduled, their staff misinterprets simple requests, and their escalation process is nonexistent.

Carlos within the Resolutions Department was, by far, the worst manager I've spoken with within the company, and he told me that "I have a problem" on what was hopefully a recorded call. He continued to call numerous times after I explained that I no longer wished to continue trying to achieve an amicable result with him. I felt harrassed by his back-to-back calls, knowing he did not intend to escalate to his manager but instead remain determined to speak defensively and boastfully of his supposed knowledge for the policy, with an attempt to dismiss my knowledge of the policy, as if I had not read it."

"This company is a SCAM. They’re a fairly new company that’s only been in business since 2017. In the policy/contract it states they’ll only cover up to $500 or the book value of covered items - whichever is less (see below). So my HVAC system went out and they’ll only cover $500 of the total ~$8,000 cost. Talked to Michael who said he was the head of the Resolutions Department and that’s exactly what he said. Paid $600 for the policy and $100 for the HVAC tech to come out so I’m not even getting back the money I put into it. DO NOT BUY A POLICY FROM THEM.

1) Diagnosis and repair/replacement is limited to $500 for the Covered Items identified in Sections D.4, D.5, and G., and $250 within 90 days of the Effective Date;
(2) Coverage for R-410A refrigerant itself is limited to $10 per pound;
(3) LHG will cover up to the Covered Item’s Book Value"
