Keep up the great service Liberty!

"Logan was fantastic on my last claim and I hope his managers are reading this. He got me a repairman the very same day to take a look at our fridge when it stopped working. We were lucky and the repairman was able to fix it during that same visit. I’m happy to report that our refrigerator is running again, like new. Keep up the great service Liberty!"

"Their whole staff are always friendly and kind. Julia helped me out on probably my most complicated claim, when our pipes froze and we needed to get a plumber ASAP to make the repair. They saved me thousands on that claim alone. In my eyes they are definitely the best home warranty product you can find and because of that I send all my friends and family to Liberty Home Guard."

Great customer service!

"Our microwave broke and Liberty, avoided taking me through the hassle of having a contractor come out and diagnose the issue. Instead, they immediately sent me a new one that was the matching version of my older model, just newer. The new microwave arrived 4 days later and it was installed then and there above our oven. Liberty even went ahead and waived my deductible as a “just cuz” courtesy. In general, I’ve found it’s nearly impossible to get home warranty companies to give you what they promise, let alone do more than what was promised, but with Liberty my experience has been just that. They do more than they have to, which shows me that they really do care about their customers."

Great service!

"Liberty covered us in full when our refrigerator broke on us. We got a brand new LG refrigerator and did not need to spend any money on it. It’s been a great investment and we are only 3 months into our coverage which lasts 3 years. Overall their staff seems professional, responsive, and down-to-earth.

"I'm two years into their Appliance Guard plan and I'm super satisfied with how they’re doing things. I’ve had claims on every single one of my appliances over the past two years and the only one that was not covered was my oven, which was unfortunate but they still saved me $250 on a replacement. All in, I’ve saved over $1,500 in the two years I’ve been with them and I am writing this review as a show of appreciation for all that they have done for me and my family and for John who helped me out on a few of my claims. "We had a terrible experience with our previous warranty provider, American Home Shield. Liberty Home Guard has been night and day different from them and we are very relieved. It takes Liberty days to solve issues that took American Home Shield weeks to solve, if they ever even did–half the time they just said the issue was not covered and basically hung up on us. But with Liberty, I am feeling increasingly comfortable calling them for all types of issues. We actually needed to get our roof fixed and they found us a roofer within 48 hours who was great. He redid that entire section of the roof and it looks great. Most importantly, it stopped leaking. Thank you very much to the Liberty Home Guard team."

"Premier warranty provider that has not let us down, even once. Last week, we had a pipe burst. Four hours later!!!! A plumber was at our doorstep. I want to thank Rose for helping us place the claim because the plumber said he received all the info he needed before arriving, which allowed him to have all the necessary tools and parts to fully fix the issue. Thank you again Rose! We are very happy and are already recommending Liberty to our friends.

"During my last call, Lily was very sweet and accommodating. We could only have a plumber comne to take a look at our leaky faucet during the nighttime. She went above and beyond coordinating scheduling between us and the plumbing company, even following up at 11pm when her shift was way over. I sincerely appreciate how dedicated and honest the people at Liberty Home Guard seem to be, and I believe they really are set out to do good things. They’ve provided us with savings, convenience, and speed. In short, they’ve made good on their promises and commitments to us and when we renew next year, we plan to upgrade to a 5 year plan and lock in our rates.

"When I filed a claim for my water heater. Annie, who we were connected with reacted quickly and asked how old the system was and advised that we got it replaced. I’m so happy we went with that option because now our new heater works so much better, takes up less space, and my utility bill is around $75 less per month. Fantastic!

"Liberty's speed and efficiency far surpassed the other home warranty companies. They are definitely on the higher end when it comes to price, but you get what you pay for and then some with them. They’ve gone above and beyond for each one of my five claims. Some of those claims were clearly not covered as per their terms AND THEY STILL SAVED ME MONEY! I would not write this review frivolously. They truly provide a fantastic product."

Very impressed by them so far

"Whenever I’ve had to call on Liberty with an issue, the experience has so far always been a positive one. When our washing machine crapped out, they were able to tell it was too old for repairing right away, over the phone and went straight to the replacement option, which saved a ton of time. Through doing that, Liberty was actually able to get the entire thing switched out all within a 4 day period. I think that is faster than even Amazon could have just delivered the unit. Very impressed by them so far."

Amazing and courteous service!

"I'm extremely thankful for the prompt response and aid I received from Liberty after filing a claim for my leaking garbage disposal. Lorraine from Customer Service was especially helpful in this regard. Not even two days later, the contractor arrived with a replacement garbage disposal and switched them out then and there. He even cleaned the floor when he was finished. My sincere appreciation goes out to Liberty for their amazing and courteous service.

I sincerely appreciate the assistance

"After switching from a different one, I was skeptical. But based on the positive feedback I saw online and from some friends I knew who used Liberty, I decided to give Liberty a try and if my experience with them was not good I’d be done with home warranties for good. Well, in the past six months, I've made two claims - one for my AC and another for a burst pipe. Both claims were taken care of professionally and within days! The technicians were excellent–they were to the point, respectful, and experts in their field. I'm satisfied and frankly pleasantly surprised with how smoothly everything has gone so far. I'd like to give a special thank you to the agent Brian who helped me on these last two claims. Brian thank you for your efficiency and promptness - I sincerely appreciate the assistance."

Amazing and courteous service!

"The customer service team at Liberty consistently takes the extra step to ensure me and my family’s needs are accommodated. Our water heater stopped working just before cousins of ours were staying over. The Liberty team, shoutout to Nicole, made extra efforts to get the process expedited and they were actually able to get a repair-person over the same day. Unfortunately the unit needed to be replaced but he was able to complete that replacement two days later. All in, it only cost me my $125 deductible and my savings were about $800."
