"6 days of hassle that ultimately resulted in no phone. They continually called my home number for verification on information they already had on file. I did not list my home number as my daytime contact, and would receive messages left after business hours only to have to call back the next day. Despite all the "I'm sorry about that"'s the call center employees I spoke to were indifferent at best. All this while the money is debited in my account, so when I ultimately elected to cancel the order rather than put up with another who know's how many days of this before my "free two-day shipping" kicked in, I couldn't just turn around and go get another one in store. Which I did do several days later, once the amount was credited back, as Best Buy was offering a sale on the same phone. I got the phone, a Zagg cover, and a whole heap less trouble in about 25 minutes for 1/2 the price. "

"Both Customer Services Reps that assisted me in placing my order was professional. They took the time to understand my concerns and helped me to complete my order. They also contacted the service provider that resulted in the provider updating their records to show that I did not have an outstanding balance with them. This process was most helpful to me.

"Customer service was horrible. Asked to have a supervisor contact me back, that never happened. Item stated it was confirmed and gave me an estimated date of arrival of the next day, item never shipped. I paid someone to sit and wait for the package, then received and email late that day stating I needed to contact the fraud department. I have purchased many phones from you but now will never purchase anything do to my last experience. Feel free to contact me ****@****

"They Lied to me as it turns out. Had issues with phone but after doing tech service with htc and talking with Sprint and them i was past 14 days. I had few like 2 days left before 30 day exchange limit- supervisor told me they would extend that because she didn't have it in stock. It was my only option because Sprint didn't help knowing i didn't buy from them. HTC would have taken long and lets Talk never called me back. When I called back finally after a few months because I was too busy and basic functions were fine- guy on phone talked down to me. At one point when I tired to clarify something he said "You explained, now it is my turn to talk " in a way you talk to kids. Then during a silence i had to ask "Am i allowed to speak now?" He said "Sure". basically told me I was lied to. I repeated that that's what I was taking with me as he was not able to help me. And that was that."

"First, I was lied to by 2 agents. They both stated that I could keep my existing plan from sprint and that I would get my order the next business day. Then, my item goes on backorder. So I decide to go with the black note 3 since it was in stock. Then, I'm told that I cannot keep my existing plan and that I was misinformed. So I was forced to cancel my order as I need to keep my existing plan. Thanks for wasting a week of my time. "

"After my first purchase online, I received a call stating that you could not sell me a Verizon cell phone because I already had a Verizon land line. The next day I called in to complain and after checking with a supervisor, the woman got approval for me. Then I received another call this time saying the sale couldn't be completed because I wasn't switching a number from another phone. I think your salespeople need to be retrained since it depends on which one you talk to whether you can actually buy the phone or not."
