"Shipping was ok, once it actually got done. For some reason I was getting the third degree in trying to order it from them, including questions related to my addresses over the last, yes 12 yrs! Beyond that though, it was just so hard to get anything done. They had more and more questions for me that are simply not pertinent. Considering I was buying this phone straight up without any contract implications or other issues, there is simply no excuse for this. The only reason I ultimately went thru with the purchase was because I found an online promo code that got me $50 off. Otherwise I would have just gone thru Verizon."
