"I spoke with dwaine, Jess, Michael, and kindle. (please forgive me if I forgot someone) they were so helpful and understanding. I didn’t know anything about cameras or lenses. I was an online spec researcher and Michael helped me decide. We settled on the a6400. Then I called back an hour later to change to A6600 for the stabilization. The camera cane in 3 days. And it was packed with the Swiss lens Michael suggested. Everything was packed tight and safe. I loved the camera so much I bought it. Kindle was so helpful. I even got a refund for returning the lens early! I will use lens rentals any day. I tell my friends about them as well!"

"I deliver to my work for safety. My company shut down due to COVID-19 and I wouldn't be able to receive my package in time. I contacted support the day I found out which was also the day my shipping label was created. They responded to my email within the half hour. While they couldn't change the shipping address they said I could cancel the shipment and reorder by [30 mins before pickup time] and they'd have my package ready to go. Unfortunately for me I saw the reply email too close to said time and wasn't able to cancel. I really think that LensRentals really goes above and beyond with their cust support!
