"I recently needed to rent some equipment for a 2 day job. I ordered on a Wednesday with delivery for that Friday. Normally this is enough time for Fedex or UPS to deliver but they weren't communicating the delivery window with LensRentals and it looked like it would be delivered after my shoot ended which wouldn't work too well for me. Lensrentals worked as hard as they could to get feedback from Fedex but ultimately decided to ship me the replacement on their dime so that I had it in time for my job. That is GREAT service and something you don't see much of anymore. I will use only them for all of my needs. "
