"I have ordered from LensesRX twice before with very positive results. On this third order, my sunglasses were returned to me with the new lenses installed along with what appear to be manufacturer markings on them. Customer service responded quickly to my contact and requested a photo of the markings. After I provided a photo, they responded quickly again and indicated the markings were indeed from the lense manfacturer and that is was unlikely that I would be able to remove them with a special solution. An offer was made to send a return label, so I could ship the glasses back to them for a proper cleaning. While the company's response is very good, I just wish this had not happened in the first place. I was hoping to take these sunglasses on a vacation, but that is unlikely to happen now. I was really pleased with LensesRx and chatted them up to all my friends. Now I just feel kind of deflated. That said, I think it's a good company and will likely contact them next time a need some glasses."

"First timer w/LenseRx. Sent my sunglass frame which had extreme curve for new RX. Got it back in short order which I did not expedite. Looking through them however had me instantly dizzy. Short story was that my optometrist provided me with the WRONG rx and that is what was used. Contacted LenseRx and they said to send them back for a re-do and I would only be charged shipping. Did so and now have my shades back w/beautiful vision.

"My first order with this company was in July, 2017. I ordered their “Low Priority” so as not to incur additional expenses. The order was confirmed and delivered in 9 days and I was completely satisfied with the process and the product.
So I did the same thing with an order on May 9th if 2018. I got a quick confirmation and a request for a copy of my updated prescription which was returned in the 10th. On the 11th I got their message indicating all was in order and they were proceeding with filling the order. It’s been 11 days and no updates. I guess they lure you in on a first order but drag their feet on subsequent orders unless you pay the extra $$$ for expedited service. If you want your order fast play their game and pay for the priority service."

"I went to my Optometrist for a checkup and received a new glasses prescription. The same day I ordered clear mono focal lenses from my Optometrist and ordered tinted bifocal lenses for my existing sunglasses frame online from LensesRx. The LensesRx cost was half what it would have been from my Optometrist. The next day I mailed my existing sunglasses frame to LensesRx. LensesRx makes the mailing very easy with shipping labels made available online when you place your order. Within a couple of days LensesRx sent me an email confirming that they had my sunglasses frame and that it was in work. Within a couple more days LensesRx emailed me that my glasses were finished were in the mail. They arrived in a couple more days, over a week before my Optometrist called to say my glasses ordered here locally were available for pick up. Then, I noticed that the left lens in both my Optometrist provided lenses and my LensesRx lenses were not correct. I returned to my Optometrist and he discovered that he had made an error in the prescription for my left eye. The right eye was OK. He rechecked my eyes, determined what the correct prescription was for my left eye and reordered the left lens that I had purchased from him. When I communicated with LensesRx about my Optometrist's error, they told me that LensesRx would replace the left lens in my sunglasses at no cost to me since the prescription error was due to my Optometrist. I mailed my glasses back to LensesRx and within about a week they were returned to me with a new correct left lens at no cost. I am still waiting for my Optometrist to call saying that my glasses are ready with the corrected lens. LensesRx provided Excellent service the first time and Outstanding service in correcting my Optometrist's error. In the future, I am going to order ALL my glasses from LensesRx, to save both Money and Time. Thanks LensesRx!"
