"I am very pleased with the choice I made to order new frame & lenses, also replacing the lenses on my old frame.
The process was exactly they described on their web site. I was lucky to encounter with Jason in customer service ( He is the one got my message I left ,when I had a question & called me back).

Don't trust LensesRx.com!

"LensesRx sent the wrong frames and the correct frame choice was even listed on the shipping invoice. When I attempted to return the glasses, Jason emailed me a shipping return label that USPS refused when I followed the instructions; I had to repackage in a different box even though the instructions indicated to use original packaging. Jason just tried to blame me, indicating I should have been charged for returning the glasses."

Lenses replaced in Silhouette frames

"Easy to order. Great customer service all by email giving me detailed information regarding each step of the process. Never felt like I was in the dark. MY new prescription required new lenses and LenseRX provided the ability to get the lenses without purchasing new frames. The new lenses were amazing. I have a complicated prescription that includes prisms and LenseRX accommodated my requirements in small lenses. Very satisfied."

Received the wrong frames

"Received the wrong color frames. Took a week of back and forth to figure out if the correct color was in stock and then to tell me I would have to wait for them to receive the wrong ones back to start making the right ones. Ended up keeping the wrong ones because I was just sick and tired of dealing with them. Not very satisfied with customer service. It was their mistake in the first place. "

Only Online Place I Could Order Because my Prescription was Too High

"First, I went to at least a half a dozen brick and mortar stores to check styles and prices. I have my own frames to fill, but all of the B&M stores would have forced me to purchase their frames since the prices ended up being $400-$500 with my lenses. The cheapest B&M that I could find for my prescription was $240 with their frames. Very disappointing.

Why would it be so much you ask? All because of my prescription being so high (ie my eyes are pretty bad needing bifocals with Cyl at -6.75 and -7.75). There was no way I could afford that, and my "new" prescription was going to be over a year old in a few months, so I felt like I was backed into a corner. I went through dozens of online websites to try and get a better deal, but every one had the same issue - they would not fill an order for Cyl over -5.00.

I "Contacted" various companies through their website to ask if this was standard or if there was an option for my lenses prescription. LensesRx got back to me promptly AND they ended up changing their policy and website to add lenses for Cyl up to -8.00! I was blown away. Not only did I get an answer, they were totally accommodating my need.

In addition, I was able to get and use a coupon for my order ( I decided to order a pair with their frames first so that I'd have a back up pair, which I got with the coatings I wanted for $170. They were shipped 8 days later.

Thank you Jake and thank you for treating me like a customer who matters :)

Amazing customer service and prices

"I recently ordered prescription sunglasses from Lenses RX. I had tried on frames in a store, with clear lenses, and they suited my face. Then I purchased the frame and lenses from Lenses RX at a price less than half of what they would have cost in the shop. They arrived quickly and were perfect, except that I realized that with tinted lenses, I should have chosen a larger frame. Totally my fault! But when I asked Lenses RX about their return policy, they offered to let me switch to different frame, paying only the difference between the new frame cost and the old frame cost. They remade the lenses for free! And these were not simple tinted lenses, they were polarized, progressive lenses. The entire redo cost me only $20. And throughout the process, I had timely progress updates from their customer service team. I can't remember the last time I had such a great experience with a company. Great work, LensesRX!"

I never ever leave reviews for companies. If I could give zero Stars I would. I don't even want to get into the long story in the hassle it was to get my prescription from this place. On top of super rude correspondence with whoever is in charge of their emails. Honestly, don't bother.There are 47 other online services available. Skip lensesRX. TRUST ME

Outstanding Service and Quality

"To start, I measured my own PD wrong. Instead of making the glasses with the unusual PD they noticed they suggested I get that check professionally which I did. That saved a lot of headache. Then I paid for and they shipped using USPS express shipping but it did not get to me on the guaranteed day. LensesRx refunded me the shipping difference of the express and priority shipping cost after verifying the tracking number. Wow. Then the glasses did arrive in a well packaged box. The lenses were perfect. The price was awesome. I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience dealing with a very friendly and professional group. They’re now my permanent go to for all future prescriptions."

BUYER’S BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

"I sent in my Ray Ban frame in excellent condition to have new polarized lens put in. After waiting thru delay in their production I was told they had to send them back for further work. When I received them the temples were scarred as if some heat process had been overl applied .

I get an email from Jake saying that he wants to do whatever he can to make it right after telling me his opticians said I sent them my frames in this conditions(liars)

He offered for $75 he would get me a new frame. I can get a new frame myself didn’t need to pay him again.

All I am saying if they do have some satisfied customers it means you will be playing Russian roulette with your order.

Beautiful glasses

"I searched the entire web for some Caviar glasses I could use to replace mine that were stolen. I loved immediately the ones I saw on this website and ordered them. They were shipped right away, got them even a day ahead of schedule and just love them. I have to have my prescriptions put in them here so I was not able to have the LensesRX do it, but I would rely on them to do an excellent job if I could have had them do it. Thank goodness there are reliable companies like LensesRX to fill our needs. Thank you SO MUCH. Beverly "

Stay Away - Get your glasses elsewhere

"Stay far away. This company is a terrible scam. Their two customer service "managers" are named Jason and Maurgarita. They are both beyond rude and tell customers what they want to hear, only to not follow through. I placed an order for prescription sunglasses on June 30. I was told the order would arrive within two weeks. It is now July 23. I called many times over the course of the last three weeks to check in on the order. They promised me it was coming, gave a host of excuses as to why it was late but would arrive this week.

Today I called for a status update - because they havent updated the status of the order since July 3. When they were caught red-handed, Jason just hung up on me. I called back time after time until Maurgarita answered. She then told me they were cancelling my order. More than three weeks after it was placed. Then they hung up on me again and again.
When they finally answered, they told me I should have realized that they cannot fulfill my order. I asked why is that, when they told me just last week it was coming, and they said that was the truth "at that time" but not now...
Truly an unbelievable experience.
