On Februrary 22nd 2021 I think it is time to surrender.
May be the shop is quite effective when things go the right way, but it is when things start to go wrong with lost shipments or unavailable articles that a good customer service makes a difference.

"When I tried to purchase a keyboard for my laptop I first wrote laptop keyboard on google expecting the first address to be legit. When I clicked on the website it looked neat and actually had many keyboards. I then created an account on their website with a password I use everywhere. I purchased a keyboard wrote my address, credit card and more when making the purchase. Then I got a confirmation in my email that the product was shipped so I just waited since I thought it was legit. Little did I know that 3 weeks later I wouldn't receive anything and no more confirmations. I then wrote an email to them expecting an answer. I waited another week, nothing. Then yesterday I kind of panicked and searched on their website. I tried writing to every email address that they provide on their website, writing multiple emails, tried to write to the help they provide in the website but I couldn't talk to anyone. They even have a youtube channel so I went on the youtube channel and wrote a comment on their most recent video but I got nothing. I tried looking on popular websites of reviews and I found that two websites have very similar names but they aren't the same: laptopkeyboard.com and laptopkey.com. I mean if I talked to anyone I wouldn't have to write this. Today I will call the bank to try to get my money back and also change my credit card and password..."

"I was repairing a computer for a client. I was missing the retainer clips labeled “F311” on an HP 15-db0015dx for his spacebar. The spacebar retainer clip style I needed was slightly wider than the typical square clips used under shift/caps lock/tab/enter keys. I tried first contacting HP to simply buy the missing hinge clips from them, but of course they'd rather you throw the entire laptop away and just buy a new one instead of supplying cheap replacement hinge clips. So obviously HP is useless and I ended up buying a replacement keyboard from eBay but the keyboard that shipped had different style hinge clips for the spacebar. After completely disassembling the machine to investigate how much of a PITA it would be to attach a non-backlit keyboard assembly to the OEM backlit assembly, I said absolutely not and then went back on the hunt for the elusive hinge clips. I tried posting on Reddit in some tech forums but my post was flagged as spam like 4 times....so I found maybe 3 or 4 speciality windows laptop replacement websites. Long story short, Laptopkey.com provided super fast support and helped me order EXACTLY what I needed (hinge clip style H595) for a great price and the order included a handy installation guide. It is literally insane that HP’s official solution for a missing or damaged retainer clip is “buy a new keyboard.” Very grateful for Ayesha and the whole Laptopkey.com team for their help!"
