"I'm on my computer all the time. Eventually, many of the keys were worn away and the "F" key was temperamental, but I wasn't going to replace the keyboard (and frankly didn't know it could be done on a laptop or that I could do it, anyway). Then a flying bird hit it with a berry and I killed the "I" key wiping the delicate mechanism down, and I went searching. First I found you can do it yourself via Youtube, then I went looking for the part and found Laptop Parts Experts - the only store that appeared to have the exact part for my particular Laptop. I ordered the part. The only screwup was they sent me the wrong Fedex tracking number but that was soon resolved and it was en-route anyway. I got it within 5 days (ground shipping). During the installation, we forgot to remove a screw and basically broke the old keyboard out but was unaware we had and we thought we had the wrong part...long story short, after finally getting the pics we sent him of the new keyboard and the old, Ariel called me to tell me after viewing them, we had the right keyboard afterall (he had already emailed me a FedEx shipping label to return the part), and that we had broken ours removing it, explained what to do to remove the broken screw and install the new keyboard. He also sent us a PDF parts installation book for my specific laptop that all the Googling I had done did not turn up. So now if I have to replace other parts, I have the instruction book to do it and the store where I can know I can get the right part at a good price. Highly recommend this store for all your parts needs. "
