"There was no doubt when I ordered this that it was the right one. Their SKU # matched the # on the original battery. It fit perfectly and I did not have to charge it before I used it.

"Ordered a laptop battery based on the photo AND description indicating the battery was specifically for my model laptop. The item arrived on time but didn't fit. Tried calling customer service several times and at different times that the company was open. Each time, the message went directly to "we are now closed..." Frustrating. Contacted them via email and sent photos of the new battery next to the old one. The customer service representatives (about 3 different ones) claimed I ordered the wrong battery and sent a link for the "correct" one. They claimed I should have looked at the battery more closely. The link for the "correct" battery described it as suitable for a laptop model that wasn't the one I had. Again, they claimed it was my error in ordering. After much arguing (and frustration on my part) they agreed to waive the 15% restocking fee AND pay for return shipping (trust me, this was several email to get even that). I'm still out the original shipping and a lot of wasted time. PLEASE look elsewhere for your batteries. You cannot rely on the website descriptions and you'll be out shipping, possibly return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. HORRIBLE customer service."
