"They sent the wrong item, had me jump through hoops decided that they had sent the right item (even though it did not fit the computer). Thy kindly said they would give me a refund for the battery (but not the shipping cost) but I would have to pay shipping cost back to them and a 15% restocking fee. The process took me almost 3 weeks, many pictures/emails and my tracking down info for them. I did find the right battery, Visually they are almost identical but the battery they sent was just a bit shy of the proper depth to seat properly, So their error in sending the wrong battery or a manufacture error doesn't matter..their mistake and they want me to pay for it "
