The excuse was our postal code was not right, apparently a semi colon was put in front of V9K !T8 and that was the reason for not shipping. I do not understand why I was not notified , the company has my telephone number e mail address , postal address , and still I was not contacted. I am totally disappointed with the time lapse , no notification , tracking number. As far as commenting on your battery use , I am unable to do that. I am to depart out of the country Dec 18th 2015 , on my company business , needed the backup , the person I spoke to was not to sympathetic towards my immediate need.
