"I ordered 3 shirts on March 27th, it is now April 20th. Just seven more days and it will be a month. It took them two weeks to ship my item and now it is stuck 3 hours away from my home. It has been there for 5 days. Not sure who they use for shipping as the USPS tracking info says waiting to receive the package. I emailed their customer service team two weeks ago and received no replay. If I had known I was going to have to wait for a month to receive my purchase, I would never have ordered from these guys. I wish I had seen all the bad reviews before ordering. Just for reference I ordered a watch from Singapore and got it here in 4 days. These guys can't get three shirts from Indianna to Texas in a month. Buyer BEWARE."
"I placed an order and waited ten days for the order to be processed. when I noticed that the order had not been processed, I called to cancel the order and they refused to do so citing that when the order reaches process status, they cannot cancel it. The order showed as process the day I placed the order, and after ten days it remained in that status. I was guaranteed delivery in 4-10 business days. In addition to this, I reached out to customer service via email and calls. I sent emails requesting an update, which were never responded to. My calls to customer service took 30 minutes to get someone on the phone after three calls. customer service refused to process the cancellation because the order was in process status, even though the order had been in that status for ten days with a guarantee that the order would be delivered in 7-10 business days. Do not trust them."
"WORST shipping ever!! 13 days to ship it then 8 more days to get it to me. They charge you high shipping but you still wait anywhere from 15-20 days for your order. Horrible customer service from I'm not sure what country, and it ships from USA...."
"I sent my items back 2weeks ago. I check my email and it say it will be delivered on the 4th of February. I go to check to see if it was delivered on the 5th and I see it says NaN and I am like what is going on. So I emailed them to ask what is the problem at first I was getting the run around then yesterday I get a email saying it take 2 to 3 weeks for them to receive your return I am like it's been 2 weeks going on 3 and nothing then they charge you a 10 dollars restocking fee for what I don't know. "I have had the kind of experience that one would expect from dealing with a boiler room operation. I ordered a coat over a month ago, and according to the tracking information, it is stuck some where. I have since ordered a similar coat instead from Haband and received it quickly. I have been back and forth with King Size wanting a refund, all to no avail. They had the audacity to send me a credit card, which will be cut up into tiny pieces. "The order states that it was shipped weeks ago. The USPS states label created, but no package ever received. No answer to multiple emails, just a canned response that they will respond to email in the order they received them. I will report the company for fraud, however, since they probably aren't even in this country, it likely will do nothing. Live and learn."

"In June I purchased four shirts for my husband. When my Comenity credit card statement came in I noticed that I was charged twice for the shirts.
Kingsize says I placed two orders when I only placed one order and only received the four shirts not eight like kingsize is saying.
I have been trying to resolve this issue since then. I still do not have a resolution to the problem."
"ive been using king size for several years but i think thats got to come to an end. i am so sick of their horrible customer service and slow shipping. i just placed an order on sept 17, 2020 and theyve told me it will take 18 days to arrive. to add insult to injury, its not even free shipping. they charge a premium for the worst shipping method available (fedex smartpost). i do not recommend king size to anyone. avoid like the plague. "I'll NEVER shop here again. I purchased here and when I received my order they did not fit. So I returned them. It sat in the warehouse for an extended time and I received a notice to pay my bill not til I called did they process my return order. After it was all returned I was still required to pay the shipping fee to me and then the return shipping fee. Plus 1 of the items was on back order in which case still came with my order and was all process and paid for at the same time but then they charged me an extra shipping fee. I spoke to a couple of different service representatives and they just pretty much told me to bad and I was required to pay. Never have I ever had to pay so much in shipping fees of items."
"It was good to see that there is a company that advertises TALL sizes. Only problem, what they ship is neither TALL nor sized correctly. Ordered size 40 shorts. Received size 38 of wrong length. Company doesn't seem to care; and they don't refund all your money if they screwed up. Additionally they ship late. You are charged for UPS, they ship via US Mail slow."

"I placed an order on 1/5/2020. As of today 3/9/2020, I still have not received it. Order was suppose to be mailed out on 1/24/2020. I've called, done chats with Kingsize. They will promise a date 3 or 4 days away, but do not ship your items. Then they inform you that they can not refund your money because item is already processed and ready to be shipped. That when you receive your item you can return it. But, as of today they still have not shipped item out. Save your money and stress and don't deal with them. "
