"I had appointment but was told they were short handed & it would take a while. No technicians visible, then young man wearing a bandana & "skull" logo t-shirt started working on another vehicle. Finally another man in a Ken Towery work shirt started on my oil change. During the hour I was there, the employee behind the service counter sat watching videos in his cell phone, totally ignoring the business. I have always gone to this location because of the excellent customer service & trust in their mechanics. When I ask about the staff member I was used to working with there, the cell phone watcher said "he was fired for giving too much away". I was never given anything but friendly & helpful service from the previous staff. I will now need to find another business for my vehicle maintenance & tire purchases. One who has employees that know they should at least appear to care about their customers and attempt to look like professionals.
