" I placed an order for a heatsink and some cables, entered cc info and submitted it. But there was a website problem. An order # did not appear and I waited until the next day and did not get a shipping email. So I placed a nearly identical order and got confirmation and shipping info.
Well, low and behold, the first order shows up on my doorstep without me ever getting a shipping notice or any kind of confirmation whatsoever. Then the second order arrives too. I got an RMA for the first order, but I heve never gotten notice of a credit and it's been about a month.
Overall, I like this company and their prices and I have ordered twice from them before.
They did respond to my emails. I suppose it will be worked out ok. "

"I have made many orders from this company, and they are always very prompt about getting the order shipped. I have had some complications about RMAs, but nothing major. The only downside to KD is their shipping. ever since they started using Airborne Express, their ground times have at least doubled. I'd shop at KD Computers again only if they were not using Airborne Express."
"I heard about this company on a computer forum, then I checked their ratings on Resellersratings.com and based on their very high scores, placed a couple of orders (different days). Both were shipped same day (within hours), arrived on time, and were well-packed. Also, they did check to make sure my shipping address was on file with the credit card company (which it wasn't), but when I called to clear up the matter, a real live person answered the phone!
