I ordered a Kingwin 450was PSU off them. I placed the order at about 3am on Feb. 24. Got an email at about 3pm same day with my Airborne Express Tracking number. I get home from work on the 25th at about 7:30 and check the status and its already in the area waiting to be delivered. Got the package at 8:45am on the 25th.
Best prices around, and standard shipping at $5 to. I will definatly be buying something else from KDC in the future."

"Can't remember how I found them, but sure glad I did! Was looking for case thumb screws and fans for some old boxes I picked up from work. Fans were especially important because the fan cages is these old cases were for 90mm fans! Prices were reasonable - and KDC is reasonably local. Web site said everything was in stock, and I rec'd shipping confirmation the next day with tracking for Airborne.
Rec'd the shipment a couple of days later than expected, but not the fault of KDC. Airborne scanned in to their system at pickup but they are not very good at updating their site, so the package arrived while the Airborne site still said it had been picked up!
I'll use KDC again for sure!"

All orders arrived in exactly 2 days. All merchandise was exactly as advertised. Shipping is a flat $5 per order which at least in my 5 orders resulted in the lowest price for what I was ordering at the time as well.

"I ordered a heatsink, a couple of fans, and a 3 to 4 pin adapter cable. First, I never received a confirmation email for the order I placed on their website. I called and they said it was a computer problem on my end. Then they later said it was a computer glitch with their system. Then I noticed that they were charging quite a bit for shipping, so when I called to ask them about it, they said it was a mistake and waived the shipping charge. When I finally received the order and opened the package, I noticed they had sent the wrong cable. I called them to make them aware of this mistake and ask if they would send the correct cable via express mail (I have an APO address and it takes 10-14 days for standard delivery) since it was their mistake, but they refused and said they would send it the normal way. This was the third mistake on one simple order. This was the last straw for me, and I sent two separate emails expressing my displeasure with their customer service. Unbelievably, they never replied and never offered an apology. To this day, I don't know if the correct cable was sent or not, but I was so angry that I decided to leave it alone and never deal with this company again. I realize mistakes happen, but to treat a customer this way is just plain wrong. I guess you learn a lot more about a company when a problem arises with an order than when things go smoothly. I realize I may be in the minority when it comes to this negative experience with KDC, but I felt I should post what happened nonetheless. To be fair, though, their prices and shipping rates are generally good."
"Ordered a Thermalright AX478 on Tuesday and it arrived Friday. Airborne Express made an error which caused a day delay in the delivery. I called customer support at KDC and they refunded my shipping. Overall I was very pleased with KDC, but less than excited about Airborne Express."
