Great website - easy to make selections

"So far, the experience has been great with making the selection online. We did not choose to get a swatch, given we wanted a material with safeguard, and there was only one cough material in the style we like that offered it. We only ordered a week or so ago, now waiting on delivery. Can update more in August!"

Attention to detail

"Wonderful virtual consult with Hayley Wells. Helped me see the sofa and chair fabrics and the colors will go together. She was also able to do a 3D rendering with my living room measurements so I could envision the layout. Can’t wait to receive my selections, which will be perfect in my new apartment. Super customer service and friendly people. Made furniture selection a “JOY”!"

Best Purchase Ever!

"Saw the media center online and knew this was the perfect match for my mid century modern living room. Was delivered ahead of schedule. Drivers were exactly on time, assembled media center quickly and efficiently, placed where I wanted it, and took away all packing material. Also they were cordial and well mannered. Couldn't ask for a better experience. Will definitely purchase from Joybird again. "

Great customer service and an exceptional product!

"I ordered a Joybird sofa three years ago and it has undergone a good deal of traffic! It still looks new and it in exceptional condition! I decided to order a loveseat to coordinate with it. Joybird's design consultants promptly sent their swatches to me and replied to my questions regarding selection of a complementary color for the sofa I have. Their ordering process is simple. I will say that my last order arrived several weeks earlier than estimated - and that was during Covid. Great experience with Joybird!"

Does not match specs. Couch 4” bigger than website

"Ordered a 160” couch and got a 164” couch that did not fit. Told me it can range (didn’t expect to to be 4+ in). Was given a $150 gift card and that was that. Awful customer service. Do not recommend. "

Failed system and supply chain

"I was excited to order from Joybird. The deal was good and the piece of furniture nice. I got an email about delivery and scheduled a time. Took time off work to stay home. The furniture did not come. I called Joybird and they said it was just a warehouse error and that they’d figure it out.

Figuring it out meant cancelling my order and blaming the website. No apology for my time they wasted.

I own two sofas and three lounge chairs from Joybird. With all but one order there have been issues.

Never again. The furniture is nice but the company is so poorly run that it deserves no customer’s money.
