"At age 75 I've set up a lot of new computers for personal use. The laptop I just got, refurbished by JoySystems, is by far the easiest one I've ever encountered. Perhaps this is the norm these days. At any rate, it took no time at all -- no hunting for drivers or obscure dependent programs -- to get this laptop up and going. It came packaged to withstand the journey, with clear "how to get started" instructions, and an already-installed Windows 10 OS.
Considering how much care went into this refurbished laptop, any reluctance I felt in the past about buying a "used" laptop has vanished. I like the machine. I like the setup process. I'm looking forward to many years of use."
"This is the second refurbished computer I've purchased but this one is the best. The Dell Optiplex 9020 was easy to install, it barely had any scratches and best of all runs really quietly. Great price and great product! I didn't give it 5-stars only because the keyboard and mouse that comes with it is really old and outdated. I'll be coming back to you in the future.

"order from office depot on line and it came on time / pack very well / paid some one to setup check out computer he could not find anything wrong with it / everything that was listed on the ad was on the computer / plenty of room to expand so a week later swap out my $300 year old graphics card from my 15year old cpu and both cpu are working great . In closing the company is trustworthy and their products are also . I would buy from them again."

"The packaging was impressive with tough bubble wrap like I’ve never seen to fully protect computer during shipping. The Thinkpad was easy to navigate getting started. The voluminous the computer is much lower than anticipated even at 100% but I guess I can live with that. All things considered, my early rating is 4.5"

"I was looking for the features I needed to get started in a new real estate career but had limited funds. I found this refurbished model that met all specs I needed at a price point I could afford through Office Max/Depot. I was initially told it would take 14 days to arrive but was pleasantly surprised when it arrived in 4 days which allowed me to move forward quicker to initiate my new career.
The set up was mostly automated and very easy. The laptop automatically found my wireless network and devices which made connection very simple.

"Curser does not work on computer. Also the underside of the computer was missing screw. screws were in loosely. The batter was not completely fitted in the computer. Lastly, why don't you guys answer the phone.
This refurbished computer looked like a rush job huge lack of quality control. This is sad because the brief moments the computer worked it was supper fast, and could play 4k youtube videos. Such great potential lost do to rushing out production and no one caring about quality. Agian loose and several crews missing that is what in the outside. Who knows what is missing on the inside of the unit.
