"Although the HP refurbished Desktop Pro is very noisy, the delivery and installation was easy. Packaging and delivery was completed without a flaw. I would have liked more new user information included with the refurbished computer such as a mention of website where a user manual may be downloaded or more details about where to plug what in the back of the computer. The mouse and keyboard had USB plugs whereas my former tower computer used a different kind of plug. No information was included about where to connect the wifi cable or even what type of cable I should use since no other cables were included with this purchase. I would have liked more direction such as mention of where I can purchase which appropriate cables. "
