"I had a good overall experience with the purchase of my refurbished HP 840 G3 laptop, it was delivered early and securely in the box, and set up was easy and fast. Despite a few chips and very small dents, I was initially happy with my purchase. Then I had my first business meeting via zoom and discovered the camera in my laptop didn't work. After troubleshooting on my own, I emailed Joy's customer service. They responded quickly and professionally, however explained my only option was to return the laptop to them so they could repair the laptop. I use this laptop for work, which includes 3-5 virtual meetings each day. I cannot be without a computer for 2+ weeks while it is repaired. Did they test the camera before selling and shipping the laptop? Especially now during the pandemic when so many people are working virtually, selling a laptop without a working camera is very unacceptable. "

"1) Replaced my old HP P/C that is 8 years old a 500 series with a refurbished HP P/C 600 series. No regrets, it is faster than my older HP. It arrived ahead of schedule in perfect condition. It looked like new. The Teck @ Office Depot in Stuart, Fl suggested it to me. As co$t goes, I paid less for this P/C than I did for the one it replaced 8 years ago or so.
