"I've ordered from the Jim Ellis online parts system a few times before, however this last time I was having difficulty finding the right part as it didn't show up in the exploded diagrams. One phone call later, the friendly gent at the other end of the line had gone to ask the techs in the shop about a specific bolt being reused, and I had both my answer and the right part number to order. My local Mazda dealer flatly refused to even answer my question unless I provided a VIN, which was pointless because the motor I'm building for my Miata has nothing to do with the motor that came in my car to begin with.

I did get the item I ordered and the refunded was for the shipping charges being cheaper. Not all that was disclosed, I had to wait for it all to happen.
