"I purchased my items over a month ago but have yet to receive them, one of the parts I ordered (a $10.00 gasket) is on back order so they are holding my entire order till that one part is received. I paid double that so my parts would ship quicker but I see that was a waste of money. Though the order was a total failure, this has been my only negative experience with the company and I’ve ordered plenty from them.
Two recommendations:
1. If an order is on hold review it for possible substitutions or correspond with the customer and allow them to make the call. “No reply” emails are annoying.
2. Don’t request a review till after the order is shipped and/or delivered. "
