"I have a Cub Cadet walk behind mower with a B & S 344cc 10HP engine. A couple of weeks ago while mowing it made a horrible sound and stopped dead. I have acres of grass to cut. My heart sank. A new engine is in the range of $1,000. I had never stripped down a B&S engine before, but what was there to lose? I found a broken connecting rod and a damaged piston. This unit is no longer in production, but Jacks came to my rescue. The piston came in record time complete with instructions for placing the rings. I sourced some other parts from Amazon. "I have ordered a deck belt for my MTD; model year 2005, #403677, type 0304 E1.
the physical demensions of the belt are (68.28 by 0.646) inches.

I keep getting the wrong part and have attempted to deal with customer service to return them and get the proper belt meeting the above specs. to date no success.
I have two packages waiting mailing labels to return, a third package never hit my doorstep but maybe was delivered to another party as the proof of delivery photo is not of my resdidence. "

"I ordered some parts form my leaf vacuum. One of the parts (an axle) did not make it through FedEx. The end of the box had an axle size hole in it. I called customer support expecting a "well you signed for it" response. Instead they apologized and shipped out a new one. To be fair I did sign for it and I would have glad to file a claim except that FedEx will only allow the party that paid for the shipping to file the claim.
