"Ordered an item. Got confirmation. Item was in "processing" for 5 days so i used the chat to see what was happening. Chat person checked into it, said they would call me once they figured out what was going on. Nobody called. I chatted again ( Same person.) This time he actually called. He stated they did not have one in stock in their SC warehouse but one was available in Florida. If I wanted to pay $3.00 more they would ship it from Florida and I would get it in 3 to 5 days otherwise I would wait 10 to 15 days to get it. For those counting I have all ready waited a week. If you think it is fair to do business this way then I think 5 stars would be good. If you think it to be right that they stand up for their business and drop ship the package to me without extra cost then 2 stars are more than generous. "

"Refrigerator and Freezer arrived in prompt fashion. Had to pay a little extra for residential delivery but it was acceptable. Units are very nice and both freezer and refrigerator got to temp in very quick fashion. Although packaging was very good, there was one small dent on top area trim piece. No damage on box so my assumption is it was caused during or before packaging. Not enough to warrant returning the units. My only dislike is our units were made in China. The manufacturer had a Tampa Bay address so my hope was USA made. I for one am sick of inferior Chinese made products and my only hope is that these units stand the test of time. "
