"I bought a Scotsman Ice Maker Payed $3649.31 Aug 14th & received it Aug 28,2020, it has Never made ICE , I spoke to JES Restaurant supply they told me to call Scotsman ,I called Scotsman and they said to call JES Restaurant , I called JES back and ask to have the unit replaced and they said I would need to get a Authorized Service Provider in my area, There is no one in my Area , so I had it removed and delivered it to the Authorized Service provider. Today is October the 7th and No Ice Maker, the Authorized Service Provider can not get the unit to make ICE & he is getting the run around also. Do NOT Ever Buy A Scotsman Ice Maker or from these people, they do not stand behind there Products"
