"I will NEVER order things from them again!!!
I ordered 2 things from them and received only one. Sent them an email, reply said they will contact me in 36 hours. Of course it did not happen. I called them, first time i was on the phone for 8 minutes and then they just hung up on me. Second time i made it so far that a woman responded and when i said i ordered 2 things and received only 1 she hung up on me again. Third time i was finally able to talk to a person. After i asked them that whats going to happen now, am i going to get my money back or are they going to send me the product i did not receive. FIRST she said they did not take money for this 1 product that i did not receive THEN asked my order id to check my order. She started arguing with me that they sent me 2 things in the box and i have to prove them that i received only one by taking picture of a package ( which was not a box but a yellow envelope) that has this weight on. I do not keep some yellow envelope for weeks. Of course i do not have it anymore and looks like i lost my money. So next time i will just pay couple of dollars more for something and make sure i will receive my things and do not get robbed. You see thats why ImedMart do not have a Paypal!!! Order things only from the sites where you can pay through Paypal!

"In 12 years of ordering online, I consider my experience with imedmart to be **the worst**. I *highly* recommend against ordering from them if you can avoid it. I tried to save a few bucks and spent hours spread over weeks trying to get refund. In the end, they agreed to give the refund (and did so in writing), and then didn't issue the full refund. I finally had to have VISA resolve the issue (in my favor).

This is an example of what it took before a manager would finally respond:

This letter is to document that I have sent made 3 phone calls, and written 4 emails in an attempt to resolve this matter. I have requested to speak with a manager 4 times and each time I've not been put in touch with a manager. I've written clear emails and received short ambiguous ones in response.

Most recently I called to again speak to a manager and "Annie" indicated that she was check verify they should pay for the full product return and shipping both directions for the incorrect product (for which I have screen shot documentation). She indicated she would call me back the same day. She did not, nor did she the next day. Avoidance seems to be a costumer service tactic at Imedmart.com

This is my last contact with imedmart.com. If this is not resolved in writing today, I will contact the credit card company and deal with them directly. You can also expect I will go out of my way to detail this experience online on different supplement forums (ie, bodybuilding.com, etc) and company review sites with dates, copies of emails, and details of the conversations.

"Not good. First they tell me that my order is on hold because my shipping address is not the same as my billing address, and that if I don't do something about it within 5 business days, they'll cancel the order. So I try to get a second address added to my debit card, but it proves to be too complicated, so I ask ImedMart to cancel the order and I order from soap.com (even better price in the end). Well... turns out Imedmart didn't have so much of a problem with my address discrepancy because they SHIPPED! Now I have double what I wanted in the first place! Don't do business with these guys, they're not professional.

***update March 16, 2012***
I got a call from customer service and they offered me a complete refund if I wanted to return the product, or a serious discount if I decided to keep it. So, while they did screw up at first, they were willing to fix their mistake, which is more than I can say for most companies - this certainly puts them back in my good books!

"I even called the company and asked IF this product was in stock. Oh yes, we have 5 in stock, so I order 2 of these items, pollen blocker cream. After waiting and waiting and I inquire, I am finally told 2 days later we are sorry we are not able to get this item. INteresting, I called first to be sure it was in stock, 30 seconds later I place the order. 1 week later, can't get the product. Same your time folks, do NOT waste time with imedmart...."

"Horrible business practices! They bring you in with the lowest prices on google shopping, pretend they have the items in stock, confirm the purchase by email ..... Then (probably after you've emailed wondering where your order is, as I did) they send a generic email with a song and dance that due to "a supplier problem" they don't have your item after all ("we just found out our primary supplier no longer stocks the Products you ordered ... We're searching for a new supplier which could take a month or more to arrange"). I'm now out weeks and searching for a new supplier too ... One I can trust to only list on their website ITEMS ON HAND."

Customer Service is trained to lie.

"Top quality products. Shipping was not immediate, I suppose because they had to gather the products from a wholesaler, but after they shipped they arrived quickly, and exactly as advertised. And the prices are great. I will be buying from them again. No problems with ImedMart, they are legit."
