"AWFUL. I ordered a simple vitamin over 10 days ago and I just called to check on why it hasn't arrived- a non-english speaking operator with kids in the background said they were out of stock. "

"Terrible company that I would never, ever deal with again. I've been shopping with them for a few years with no problems until recently. I've placed an order back on September 2nd and checked on its order status periodically for 2 weeks and noticed my order had not been shipped yet. I sent multiple emails to them and always get an automated reply stating they would get back to me within the next 48 hours and never do. Then I tried calling them by phone and I'd always get this message stating I was next in line to be answered and after waiting 10 min the automated operator would state that the time exceeded normal wait time and suggested I try contacting them by email and hangs up. And this happened EVERY time I've called them.

After a month and a half of this, I finally cancelled my order and requested a refund. Again, they don't answer any of my emails or phonecalls. Finally, I reported them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and the FTC (Federal Trade Commision). They opened a case against imedmart.com and they wouldn't even reply to them! To this very day, I've yet to receive my refund for over $50 of products that I've paid for!

Bottom line, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH IMEDMART.COM. They are a horrible company, have NO customer service and rips YOU off!"

"HORRIBLE! I had placed an order on 11/28/12 for pills that were highly advised by my doctor for surgery I'm about to undergo. The boiron pills keep the swelling down and help with general bruising, clotting, etc. I've been waiting for the order to come in, and this evening at 7:25pm on 12/2/12 (5 days later), I received an email that my order has been voided because the product is not in stock. I'm about to go under the knife, I have been waiting for these for 5 days, and they FINALLY email me back telling me the order has been voided. What company doesn't keep the proper inventory listed on their website, and then just cancels orders 5 days later. I would not suggest doing any business with the company. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!"

So I called them and happens to speak to one of the managers or seems that on te past 4 weeks they had some issue with google and had to change some logistics and looks like business as usual now he did say some of the old orders were delayed if u call then and complaine they will give I $5 off I feel much better now after talking to someone

I have sent 3 emails and called both phone numbers on the site, which have been disconnected. "Looking to replace my exhausted year supply of CLA capsules that I had ordered from another store that seems to have disappeared, I used Google Shopping as I did originally to find what I needed. iMedMart has an unusually high amount of favorable ratings, which was definitely a factor that informed my decision to buy from them. But for the amount of service I received, I had to conclude that the vast majority of these reviews were either fabricated by the company or were written during a more competent phase of their history.

Their site was easy to navigate and find what I needed, although their brand selection seemed needlessly diverse, with arbitrary price differences between them for the same amount of product. After comparing pricing between various quantities, I made my selections and painlessly checked out.

A week later, I logged into the website to check my order status, which was labeled as "Approved/Processing". I checked their FAQ and they said orders could typically take 5 business days in order to keep costs for both them and the customer. Since I ordered on a holiday weekend, I decided to give them more time.

After 2½ weeks, my order was still listed as "Approved/Processing". I e-mailed them to ask about the status of my order and this was their lame response:
"Subject: some items are shipped directly from our vendors
Dear Customer,
Thank you for shopping with ImedMart To maintain our position as a price leader some items are shipped to our customers directly from our vendors. This means that it could take up to eight days for your product to be delivered and tracking info to be passed back to us.

No matter that 8 business days had already passed, I chose to wait longer to no avail. After a little over another week, I responded to their e-mail to cancel my order. On Saturday morning, I ordered the same items from a store called Vitamin Answer and I received them on Wednesday. iMedMart still has my ordered listed as "Approved/Processing". I really hope that they eventually cancel my order or it gets forever discarded and I'm not charged 8 months from now for something I no longer need. Avoid this store at all costs and give Vitamin Answer a try."
