"SLOWEST SHIPPING EVER. I ordered at 6am on 8/10 and the order wasn't shipped until 8/18. They took over a week just to get my order in the mail and now I have to wait at least four more days for it to be delivered. I recieved no notification that my order had been delayed. While they do indeed have good prices, the poor order processing isn't worth the cost savings."

"Crooks!!!

I ordered two products on 24 July 2011 and today is 11 August and still have nothing. I called their fake phone number and after waiting for 5-10 minutes got a voice message to go to their web site and email them. That was 4 August.

I emailed them and was sent a reply the next day that said: "Sorry for Inconvenience (sic). iMedMart has shipped the product according to the standard time. Now its become the responsibility of the USPS to provide you the product in time." In other words, FU -- not our problem. They also sent a tracking number with a link. The link didn't work.

So I went to the USPS web site on 5 August and copied the tracking number into their tracking software and it came back with "Processed through Sort Facility July 28 2011, 03:54 am ANAHEIM, CA 92899." So for an entire week my shipment had been in limbo.

On 6 August I went to the local USPS and explained the situation and the postal worker told me that it is their responsibility to contact the USPS regarding this shipment. I was also told that if their company is reputable (she expressed serious doubt they are), then they would reimburse me for a lost or stolen shipment.

I sent another email to these dirtbags with all of that information and received this back: "Sorry for Inconvenience (sic). Let me tell you that your order is in the process of delivery. It is on route and you will receive your order in the next 2 to 3 days at your door step." Well this is BS because the USPS doesn't leave packages at the front door. Three days have come and gone and -- surprise, surprise -- no package.

So tonight I will email them again and ask for a refund but I have no confidence whatsoever I will ever see one."

By the way, when you see reviews that oscillate between 1 star and 5 stars as you will see here, it means that customers are placing the 1 star reviews and imedmart is placing the 5 star reviews. No brainer."

"This is one the worst WORST experiences I've had with an online retailer. The only worse experience was when I was straight up scammed one time. I ordered 4 items. A week later I'd received no email, no contact, no shipping info. I call them and they tell me nothing has been shipped because one of the items isn't in stock (the main item I really needed of course) I'm mad so I cancel my order, I even go online and cancel it there and buy it somewhere else. Then they ship my order the next day without the item that was out of stock (but it doesn't say out of stock of course) and I call again and they say I only put in a cancel request which basically doesn't mean sh*t. I would have to pay shipping and a restocking fee to cancel and return the items. They don't know when my item will be in stock or shipped. Both times I called the customer service agents talked over me while I was talking and I was being pretty calm. Unbelievable. Don't buy here, you don't know if the item you need is in stock or not and if it's not you're going to have to wait a long long time to get it."
