"Wow fast delivery! ~ I received my order in 3 days with the free shipping. Our school is doing a fundraiser and needed 150 lanyards/badges for a one time event. My job was to find these items as inexpensively as possible. I have to admit I was a little worried the quality would be less than desirable based on the low price. I'm happy to say both the lanyards and badges were as nice as the ones we normally purchase for our substitute teachers.
In addition, I received a nice, short thank you from a Tom Yemne. I appreciated receiving a thank you e-mail that wasn't filled with lots of other offers & ads which made it feel so much more sincere.
I will definitely order from this company again. :)

"I ordered prox HID cards and was told they were instock and could be programmed within a week and after paying I received an e-mail a few days later stating the cards would not be ready for 3 weeks."

“Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.

Due to the custom programming required, HID proximity cards have a 1-2 week lead time for programming plus transit time. In looking into our records, the order for the cards was placed on Thursday, October 24th, shipped on Friday, November 1st and estimated to arrive on Thursday, November 7th. This is exactly 2 weeks from the order date and within the standard lead time for programmed HID cards.

We understand your frustration, but unfortunately the required programming for proximity cards does push the lead time of these items out a few weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience and sincerely appreciate your business.

"whenever you place an order on line you get inundated with phone calls from them? The reason you enter an order on-line is that your prefer that method of contact but they just don't get it. Most of the time is one of their sales people trying to get credit for the internet sale, time to find a different supplier."
