Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent experience with ID Wholesaler.
Due to the custom programming required, HID proximity cards have a 1-2 week lead time for programming and transit time. Also please take note, the Thanksgiving holiday delayed the estimated arrival time. In looking into your records, the order for the cards was placed on November 15th and the cards have been shipped out this week. The amount of time that has elapsed is within the standard lead time for programmed HID cards.
We understand your frustration, but unfortunately the required programming for proximity cards pushes the lead time of these items out a few weeks. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and sincerely appreciate your business.
