Called the next day and received the # and was pleasantly suprised when Fed Ex called shortly there after to tell me my package was at customs. Received the order the next day (Friday). Though it came without a Invoice of any kind. All in All a good experience."

"I think this was my 4th purchase from vendor. And as always, prompt accurate service. On my third order, I thought a couple of cables were missing from the fairly large box I received. I emailed a complaint and in two days I had a box which I believe held the cables I thought were missing. I had stirred my hand thru the styrofoam peanuts in the box without feeling the cables, but when I poured them out the cables were there. I returned the box with the 'replacement cables' to Hypermicro unopened. I will continue to deal with this vendor and I highly recommend them."
"Ordered twice from this site. First time recieved an order confirmation via email, then got another email with the tracking #. It took a while to get, but the dvdrs I ordered were packed nicely and the price for the Verbatims I ordered was great. Next time I choose a faster shipping method. I ordered on a Sunday, and monday noticed I did not get a tracking #. It was a holiday on monday, and I forgot, they told me this via email when I wrote email to them, and they said my order would ship Tuesday. I waited until Wednesday and noticed I did not recieve the tracking # via email like the first time. I emailed them and they promptly emailed me back with the tracking number, and I found out the order had shipped Tuesday. Got the order 2 days later.
Ordered a third time, had to email and ask for the tracking #, because I did not get an automated email from UPS. I tried tracking it for a few days and asked them if UPS had lost my package. Hyper said that is what happened via email, and had to send the order again. Only this time, they upgraded the shipping to FedEx Overnight even though I had paid for UPS ground. May order from this place again, highly recommended.

"I ordered a Pioneer DVR-104 with 10 DVD-R's and 10 DVD-RW's. I did not receive the DVD-R's. I emailed them to let them know. Within 5 minutes I received an email from Mike@sales that they would be expedited immediately. I guarantee that I will be doing business with this company again. They are really "on the ball" and have reasonably priced merchandise with equally priced shipping and outstanding customer support.
Update: After posting this, I received another email from Mike that the disks had already shipped. Nothing but roses for this bunch - unlike so many other resellers. I just cannot believe the prompt responses I have gotten and the pleasant way they have treated me. Definitely gonna stick with this company! "

"This comment covers two orders: the first, for a U160 SCSI host adapter (got the LSI kit, if you're interested), the second for a hard drive (Atlas 10k III). When I first recieved the host adapter it was missing one of the cables that was supposed to have come with the kit. I called them and was speaking to a Real Human within a minute. The person I spoke to had the cable shipped to me with no hassle, it was sent with no additional fee Fedex 2nd day, to my surprise.
With the second order I received no tracking number by email. I called them the second day after I had ordered and was speaking with a Real Human within a minute. He read off my tracking number to me and I looked it up on Fedex's site; it was due for delivery the next day. It didn't come that day, however; I let a week pass before I called them again (as I had lost the paper with the tracking number). Was speaking to a Real Human within a minute. He gave me the tracking number again, which I looked up on Fedex's site. It looked like it had been held up; no fault of HM's.
Have I mentioned that you talk to a Real Human who's Competent and can speak the English Language within a minute every time you call these guys? That's so rare anymore, but it's great for the company to be there whenever you need help.

My one big complaint with these guys (the ONLY complaint, I might add) is that their site needs work. Links from the product pages to other pages with the detailed specifications for the items in question would be fine; as it stands, the product descriptions are five lines of tiny text in-line. Two lines listing just the critical information (interface type, model number, canonical name) + a link to a product information page and a link to the whitepaper on that particular model / family would be best.
Also, you don't "log in" to their site, so you don't have a user page where you can look at previous orders or get your tracking numbers for packages online. Tracking numbers are only given through email, and if for some reason you don't get that you have to call them. The "tracking" link at the top of their site is a link to Fedex's page."
