Purchased the DSC Alexor (wireless) system and looking forward to doing the installation shortly. New house, so need to unpack and get house in order first. Anticipate an easy installation with this amazing system....read the writeup on how easy it is to sync the zones (sensors) to the control panel.
If I have problems, I have already talked to the Tech Support department and they were helpful even before we ordered.

The Home Security Store web site is easy to navigate and displayed well, showing products with their compatible products on the same page. I always receive my orders on time, well packaged and in excellent working condition. I was able to install my system myself with their help and with lifetime support on their products. The cost was about a third of what it would of cost me elsewhere. The savings didn't stop there though; I was able to get a monitoring service at a wholesale price for about a third of what it cost locally and about a tenth of what it would cost with the big THREE and still receive the same type of service, thanks to Home Security Store web site. "I purchased a Dakota WMA 3000 because I had one for a few years that worked great and then went out. I recieved the new unit and it did not have the 600' range as adverstised. I called support and they admitted that the new units did not have the range as older units. He admitted that because they were still advertised as such that they would pay (send a shipping label) for the return. This was good and I ordered a DCMA 2500 that he reconmended. I never recieved the promised shipping label so I had to pay to have it returned. The new unit works good but I am out $6.95 for original shipping and $14.05 to return it. "

I have NOT received the product I ordered. It was ordered 5/21/12 yet, according to UPS tracking, the order was not processed and shipped until until 6/1/12. Delivery is not expected until 6/7/12. Whereas I can accept a 5 or 6 day delivery schedule with standard ground shipping, I cannot accept an 11 day delay in the order date and order processed date."
