I called google, they said someone will come to pick it up, but none showed in the first 3 hours of the scheduled time. 3 calls in 2 days and 8 hours of wasted time. "I would never recommend a purchase from the company Homesquare. Beware the third party vendor through whom you purchase on Houzz site. I’ve ordered multiple furniture pieces to furnish a new home on Houzz and never had an experience quite like this one. In regards to the product (dining table), the box was opened and the item did not fit the description with a significantly different wood grain and stain. The company charging over $300 for return shipping after 7 weeks of repeat requests for a return. I recommend looking elsewhere for your table needs!"

"I have had the package of the Storage Cabinet Model# 419188 for about a month but just recently got around to start assembling it. I noticed right away that Part #9, the Bottom Bracket, was missing from the kit. I will need to figure out how to order the part. Also, some of the wooden panels were partially damaged and the pre-scored holes for some of the screws was a bit off. Luckily, the wood is soft enough to take just about any direction of screw. I had purchased a Sauder product before, and it was easy to build and looked (still looks) great, so this is a bit disappointing. I think I may be able to still proceed with assembly regardless of the single missing bottom bracket."
