Terrible Customer service

"I ordered 4 barstools, 2 were damaged. I have sent several emails to CS with no response for return of the items. I spoke with a CS agent, but he said I had to send the email. I am still waiting for a response; it has been three days. "

Computer desk purchase

"I purchased a Bush computer desk from HomeSquare. I can't recall if the delivery timeline was accurate, as I was not in a hurry so I didn't worry too much about timing. Using the HS website was easy, and I didn't have any issues with my purchase experience.

The boxes were delivered undamaged. A couple pieces of the desk had a few minor scratches, but Bush furniture shipped out replacements without problem. Like any piece of furniture that you have to assemble, it is imperfect, but that's not a HomeSquare issue.

"I could not find this item available at any other location. Home Square had it at a comparable price. I received it sooner than expected and it was in perfect condition. "Finally found the item I was searching for months in stock at Home Square. Tried ordering from 3 other stores & after waiting weeks after placing my order, I was informed the item is not in stock. So I called Home Square before I placed my order & I was very pleased that they checked to see if this item was in stock. It was & I was assured there would be no delays. Didn’t get part of my order

"Ordered a desk and chair combo
I receive the chair but no desk
Emailed several times to see where the desk was homesquare gave me a tracking number So I called fed ex and Fed ex said they only sent one box (chair) tried to get them to answer me on where the desk was Again homesquare said they would look into it and again no response
The desk was the most expensive part of the combo
Homesquare said they are a drop ship company
I should have been more alert when they have you pay through amazon cause then you can’t get your money back very frustrating

Didn’t have item and charged me

"Ordered through Walmart order was canceled and money put back in my account a week later money was taken out of my account and shipped without knowledge that they were now available. Been trying to call for a refund as I told the shipping company do not ship it to my house and no one at homesquare will answer. On hold with Walmart now. I should have read the reviews. This place seems to be horrible with customer service ."
