Arrogant Customer Support, Product not shipped

"I had ordered a product from home center, paid online.
I didn't receive any updates about the purchase after that for 10 days.
So, I called-up customer care and they are telling that the purchase is cancelled.
They haven't refunded the money I paid too. Nor any emails mentioning that it got cancelled or anything.
And the customer support guy gave some robotic reason for why the order was cancelled and got arrogant when asked why you didn't inform me about this.

Him: "The Warehouse didn't have stock so your order got cancelled."
Me: "But it showed in-stock while shopping. Why didn't you let me know about this earlier. I wasted time visiting your store, trying to collect it."
Him: "We tried to reach you through Phone and Email. But, you were unreachable." (Yes! unreachable on Gmail's email).
Me: "That doesn't make any sense. My phone is always on. How can Email/SMS ever be unreachable?"
Him: "You are wasting our time. I'm cutting the call."
Call ended.

very bad experience

"i have buy a king size bed on 6th July 2019 it was delivered after 15 days of purchase after daily followup with customer care.
after that there was some issues in hardware and still i have not receive the replacement and any service for that.

my suggestion pls don't buy any furniture from home center.

Emily sofa, width dimension

"I purchased sofa emily corner from home centre noida.
The dimension as per price tag and official website is 234×160×79 cms.
I.e 160 cms width
When sofa arrived I found it shorter, its base width is just 145 cms and upper side due to some slanting is around 152cms.
On my complaint carpenter from them visited my house and took the measurement as reported by me and confirmed
Again he was instructed to visit and take measurement diagonally which is funny.
Even their website show how it is measured
Now they are not inclined to replace or refund.
I am folliwing up with then but till now in vein.
They appears to be cheating the customer is such a way which is very hard to detect and then justifying
I feel cheated and determined to take them to task whatever may be the cost.
Very vad experience with such a group.
Take care while dealing with them.

very disappointing experience, I will never shop here again

"I purchased a bed room set and mattress, they scheduled to the delivery after two days, the delivery staff (no
Arabic or English skills) called me saying they are on the way from Jeddah to Makkah and they will call me when they get close to my house. 4 hours later no calls. Then no answers from them. I called Customer care, they told me to call after 24 hours to reschedule the delivery, after 4 days they came to deliver a mattress only, when I asked about the bed room they said, I have to weight for 48 hours. I had to call x over 15 times and when I told them I will complain to the authority, they gave a last appointment.
I have never ever seen worse attitude, as many lies, ill reasoning, or difficulty communicating experience than dealing with this store.
If there was a choice less than one star, I would pick Never deal with this store

Wrist customer service ever

"I am still waiting for the delivery of my product which was supposed to be delivered on7th June. Every time I make a phone call to customer care they would give some excuse still not confirmed when it would be delivered "

Big time cheaters

"Undoubtedly the worst services ever.

I didn't intend to, but unfortunately I had to use this platform to shake the irresponsible, casual and ignorant team of this organisation.

I had purchased few furniture items from the store on 12th May 2019. However I had to cancel a single item due to the space constraint. Thus I requested for cancellation and refund of thateli particular product. The request was made on 20th May 2019, before the scheduled delivery date which was fixed 25th May 2019.

Firstly the delivery was not done on the scheduled date. The product was a surprise gift to my Mom on her birthday. Homecentre made our special day miserable as we just kept coordinating for delivery but they didn't bother of our special occasion and casually apologized for non delivery.

This complaint was attended and delivery was done 2 -3 days later.

The product installation was delayed as the carpenter kept postponing the timings and finally landed in the evening wasting our entire day. The whole day we had to wait at home untill he arrives.

Product was not complete. Few parts were and are still missing. The same was noted and informed to the carpenter on the spot, however despite promising to fix the same within 24 hours till date we do not have any resolution.
Despite of paying the entire bill in advance. I have a incomplete product and homecentre is not at all bothered.

My refund request is still not honoured and I am waiting my hard earned money. Since 20th May 2019. I have made various calls to the helpline, written e-mails, but they have just one answer.

" We have taken down your request, please give us 24-48 hours to resolve the issue".

Homecentre is behaving ignorant and royally enjoying the interest of my funds parked with them.

Customer who has trusted the brand is now at the mercy of homecentre team and is in a situation where he is struggling to get refund of his own money.

This is the worst treatment ever. It loooks like this is with malicious intentions and personal interest of the brand or an individual employee.

This is certainly not expected from a brand like you. I demand immediate resolution and explanation to this.

Fraud company

"I had bought cot in homecentre.After the use of second time it was totally broken and fell down.when i raised the complaint to the company they simply rejected my complaint and said that i used it improperly.And also they sell the products as rubber wood but they are totally mdf products.They are cheating customers.And they dont have concern about customers and money also.why i need to pay 40000 for mdf product.dont buy......"

Rip off and false warranty

"The worst customer service , and after sales I’ve ever seen .
Bought an expensive Matress, with 10 years warranty. After a few months , a bump was observed in the Matress. Called them many times.After so many complaints, they came picked the Matress for repair . They told me they changed some coils , but they lied and they returned the Matress as it was before . I complained again and told them these bumps causing me back problem, but they didn’t care . Finally I got a call from a guy called Ahmed who said that they will not be able to do anything, and when I asked how if the warranty is 10 years ?!! He said it is a limited warranty, and I suggest that , next time , you read the terms of the warranty. I told them that I am going to contact the costumer rights , he said , OK , NO PROBLEM.
Finally, it is a rip off and very poor service, that you will never experience anywhere in the world .

"SUBJECT:- IMMEDIATE RETURN OF DAMAGED/UNUSED FURNITURE (SHOE RACK), INVOICE: 019621510041986 dated 08 Jan 2019.

Please be informed that the furniture (Shoe Rack) delivered on 18 Jan2019 evening, was found to be in badly damaged condition (photos attached).

Three long boards of the furniture were found to be fully damaged/unusable, which was also rightly witnessed & confirmed by available Carpenter.
Details of invoice number is 019621510041986 dated 08 Jan 2019.

Basis above, Complaint no. 177288, had been raised, for which no response/query/ any information received/conveyed to me by any medium.

VIEW ABOVE, THE PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE & BASIS OF CONSUMER NEGLECT, I DONOT WANT THIS PRODUCT AT ALL & NEED TO RETURN BACK AND THE WHOLE AMOUNT BE REFUNDED TO MY PAID ACCOUNT ASAP.

"I HAD BOUGHT A SOFA **** BED FROM HOME CENTER, MANTRI MALL STORE, BANGALORE. I WAS DELIVERED WITH THE BED BUGS FOR FREE ALONG WITH MY ORDER FOR SOFA **** BED .
PLEASE BE CAREFUL WHILE YOU BUY THE FURNITURE FROM THEM AT THE DISCOUNT SALE.
THE CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE SAY THAT IS NOT THERE CONCERN.

Not even worth 1 star

"Poor customer service. I bought Alaska bed (king size), they delivered defective product and lot of issues (noise). Complained many times (around 5 to 6 times) but still no solution. They are not even replacing product nor they are able fix the issues. I suggest you guys not to waste your money on Homecenter products ( cause they have poor service and they deliver defective products)"
