"This was my first order with HikingBoots.com, but it won't be my last. I frequently shop Amazon, but the picture there of the boots I was looking for didn't look exactly like I thought they should look like. So I did some more searching and found HikingBoots.com. The picture there showed exactly what I wanted, and exactly what the boots ended up looking like. And the price was marginally cheaper.

Immediately after I submitted my order, I realized that I may have ordered the wrong size, since sizes are shown with three numbers (US, Europe and ???). So I called HikingBoots.com and the very pleasant lady on the phone was very understanding. She actually went into the warehouse, pulled a pair of boots and confirmed for me that I had used the correct size number. What service!
