The salesperson's recommendations were well thought out and complimented the hardware. Really can’t say enough good things about it. As a side, they ran out of codes for the free game that was promised at my purchase. Well, they kept this on file and more than one year later, provided me with a free game code for a top new release, remembering that they owed me a code. That is excellent customer service that I did not expect. I had just assumed I was never going to receive anything.

"Had a great experience with Donald from HIDevolution customizing an MSI Raider gaming laptop. Donald was very patient and good at explaining product ranges and details and helped guide me to waiting for the next generation of MSI laptops/Intel processor release.
Donald had to scramble earlier in the ordering process due to a miscommunication from MSI about the i7/i9 processor series and quickly rebounded to put me back on track with a totally new build. I had changed my mind on the SSD and forgot to change the wireless adapter during the customization and Donald was totally on top of it when I asked to make changes.

"I found out about HID from posts on various forums. Their reviews were all universally positive and I decided to test that for myself. After buying from them I can say that their reputation is not unwarranted.
It was easy to get a hold of them through either phone or email. My questions were answered quickly and completely. I spoke with Donald who was my contact through the entire process. Any questions I had or issues that came up were answered and addressed within a day. I never felt that I was "just another customer" and the communications I received were very thorough. Questions about their services were answered honestly and we were able to figure out exactly what I wanted out of my computer. I was never pressured to buy anything that would cost me additional money, in fact in a few instances Donald's recommendations saved me money and got me a better product because of it.
I fully intend to return to HIDevolution in the future for my laptop purchases and I have no reservations at all recommending them to anyone"

I called into HID and talked to Ted, asking if they could ship an Area 51m out in under three hours to make FedEx. He said I should and recommended using paypal to help expedite things. I did, it shipped, got it in three days. Came in double boxed and in perfect shape, extremely happy!"
