"I got Supra Notebook Cooler for my laptop. So far it worked out great. The Notebok Cooler really cool down my laptop. Before my lapton was very warm but after I use the Notebook Cooler the temperature of my laptop really drop. I am really happy with the product"

"okay, i ordered a labtec optical mouse from hardwarecooling.com. i placed my order on a monday and got it within 2 days. it was exactly what was advertised. i got it in the full retail box with the drivers, instruction manual and all. after i installed it i couldn't get it to work. called up the peeps ag hardwarecooling.com and they were very friendly. they told me to unstall the drivers and then reinstall the drivers. this time do not plug in the mouse. they told me to plug in the mouse after i had installed the drivers. at first i thought this was bs but then when it started working i realized it was my fault for not reading the instructions first. "

"I purchased 2 fans from this store and payed for them with Paypal. After waiting more than a week to hear whether the items had shipped or not and seeing my order as "pending" on their website I contacted them via email and telephone about my order. After waiting another two days and not hearing back from them, I requested that they cancel my order and ordered the fans from a different store. I received an email the next day saying that the items were ready to ship and asking if I still wanted them. I told them no, refund my money, and they gave me a full refund within a few hours."

"The hardwarecooling website is very detailed. The email confirmation is a good preview to let the customers know what they have ordered. Is the order number same as the invoice? The shipping cost is a little costly. Everything else is fine. "

"BEWARE!! I purchased 2 video coolers from this company online over two weeks ago and they still not have shipped my order! After the first week of waiting I called and left a msg everyday for 3 days and NEVER got a call back. Until on the third day someone alswered the phone, and promised to look into why the product has not been shipped yet, but, i was told the computers were down and he would call me back, never revieved a call back. I have been calling everyday now for a week and still havent got my order shipped, they keep blowing me off and saying they "will look into it". Now I just want my money back as it has been over two weeks, we'll see how that goes. BEWARE OF HARDWARECOOLING.COM!!!"

"I never received the product. It is still in a pending status. The company had no problem taking my money and has never answered any of my emails or phone calls. I even contacted the local BBB and they gave them a negative review for not responding to the claim that I made. I am very displeased with the experience. These guys pretty much just ripped my off."

"Ordered a $20 item with $13 USPS shipping over two weeks ago. I can live with the ridiculously inflated shipping charge. I can't live with the fact that my order is still "PENDING." almost 3 weeks later and my credit card was charged the same day!

The web site still shows the item in stock and multiple emails have gone unanswered.

I'VE SHOPPED EVERYWHERE ON THE WEB, AND THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. VERY SHADY RESELLER. I WOULD ADVISE YOU TO STAY AWAY!

"I ordered a not so cheap CPU HSF on clearance price. It turned out that it was backordered. Inventory is probably not tracked in real time on their web site.

I was offered a substitute product, which was slightly inferior, so I didn't take that offer. After exchanging some emails I got an estimate on
the date when the original product would be restocked. It turned out to be accurate and the product I ordered was shipped the next day. I did have to ask for a tracking number by email again though.

"Ordered 3 Silent 80mm 24.8 dBA fans and a set of 10 black thumbscrews. My card was charged as soon as I ordered. A month goes by and no stuff. Emails to them went unanswered. Finally got a hold of someone on the phone who claims they are waiting on shipment of fans. I wait another month, same story (by the way the out of stock fan is still listed for sale this entire time.) They offer to ship some Evercool 25 dBA fans instead. I reluctantly agree.
My order arrives and I open it to find 3 28 dBA fan and green thumbscrews. So I got some loud fans and some screws that don't match my case over 2 months after my inital order.
STAY AWAY would be my advice, these guys are running an online store worthy of 1996...
