Buy Elsewhere... HardMotion is a scam.

"Purchased a wheel package as a Christmas gift on December 1st. Received immediate email confirming order along with an order number. I have heard nothing since. I have called/emailed multiple times and have received zero response. Order status continually shows “Awaiting Fulfillment.”
I realize my complaint is similar to many others on this site. If you were fortunate enough to have seen this prior to ordering, I encourage you to avoid this frustration and take your money elsewhere.

Scam beware of seller

"So I recently attempted to order a wheel from hard motion wheels.com. On December 10 I ordered a wheel and a week later I still didn’t receive any notification for shipment. I then proceeded to email the website and contact them via phone several times with no response. It is now December 21 and still haven’t heard a response, never got an email or a callback. They took my money and never heard from them again "

No communication

"I ordered a header for my civic si on august 23. Once I ordered they took the money out of my account right away and sent me an email with instructions of what was next. In the email it stated that the product would ship in about 3-5 days, and if it would take longer than that, they would send an email to let me know how long it was going to take. I ordered this product off of this website, because on their website it showed that they had the product in stock, so I decided to order off of them. After initial order, I waited about 2 weeks with no response from the company, so I sent them an email to see what was going on. No response back so I sent them another email. Waited another week and then threatened them in my email about taking further action and finally got a reply back on September 12. In the email, the hardmotion representative stated that the product would ship by the end of September. So I wanted a couple weeks and still no product shipped. I emailed them several times in October and no one got back with me. It wasn’t until I sent them another threatening email saying that I want my product or I want my full money back, someone got back with me on November 5, saying the product was in and was going to ship that same day. This was well more than 2 months after I had ordered the product. I would advise anyone from ordering anything from this website if you want something quickly, I’m getting my product today finally after 79 days of waiting. Update: got my package and it was all ripped up and damaged. Luckily there was only one scratch on the header and no major damage. "

Unprofessional, poor customer service

"Ordered an intake for my civic from this site and ordered a full exhaust from a different site, 3 days later the full exhaust kit shows up and the intake says "awaiting fulfillment". A week later still the same status, so i emailed them and no response. I got on their website and messaged them as well with no response. Then, followed them on Instagram and messaged them, no response. from the 14th to the 29th no one would answer my messages and the phone number on the website is bogus. FINALLY towards the end of the day someone messaged me back on IG and claimed that they were going to refund my money because the manufacturer were having problems getting the parts to them. They went on to say that I shouldn't look at any other site for comparison because they would have the same problem getting the parts. They then said that I should email them in a few weeks and check with them to see if they were in stock at that time. Yeah right like I would give them my business after this experience. So i requested and email stating that I was getting a refund and they assured me that I would have an email shortly and even sent a winky face. Classy.

Hope someone reads these reviews before doing business with them.

worst company ever ..warning...do not buy from them never

"bought couple parts for my car ..I bought items on Sept 28 now its Oct 19 .. I tried calling and even sent them emails and no responses.. ..zero communication. will never buy from this joke company...warning DO NOt BUY NOTHING..go to partsgeek.com or else where..gona have to dispute this charge on my bank now "

Buyer Beware Terrible Customer Service!!!

"Purchased item, no communication for three weeks. Status updated to awaiting shipment. Requested update a week later and received no response. Attempted to contact business by email and phone, left messages and received no response. Over a month and a half after placing order, sent a email asking for a status or refund by close of business or was going to contact local law enforcement and inquire as to next course of action and finally received a response by email informing me of a refund. Not sure why my parts were never shipped or why I was never given any update as to the where abouts of my order. Bottoms line, whether the long lead time was HARDmotion’s fault or not the total lack of communication is definitely HARDmotion’s negligence. It seems as if they take your money and forget about you. "

Poor communication and shipping

"it’s been over a week and still no status of my order. Sad to say that they are a company that lacks in communication and shipping. They’re able to receive the money order within seconds but can’t do they’re part in speeding up the shipping process. Due to COVID-19 is an excuse because I’ve order from them last year in 2019 and didn’t receive my package a month later. Thought I’d give them another try in ordering from them but still the same experience. Highly wouldn’t recommend ordering from this company. "

Still no injectors

"I ordered injectors about two weeks ago, no updates or anything of that nature, I just reached out to them trying to get a refund and still no reply, won’t ever order from them again and hopefully I either get my parts or money soon. Doubtful though"

Amazing service

"Honestly dealing with michael has been the most easy going customer service I've ever dealt with. Knows all of his products, answering any questions you have. He may or may not have the answers for you, but he'll go out of his way to get them. Had all my products shipped within 24 hours of purchase, even through covid. Would def recommend to anyone looking for high quality parts, at an even better price. Thanks mike!"

Okay

"I needed a refund for an item I bought. I din't hear back from them for maybe a few weeks and because of the other reviews I was discouraged and thought I was just out 100+ dollars. But they did eventually give me a refund to my surprise. I was very relieved!!! So they're not too bad. Just communication needs to be faster. Bought item May 19, didn't receive a reply/refund until June 3."

Terrible customer service

"Ordered my part and paid an additional 40 dollars for 2 day shipping. When 4 days past I contacted them via email since nobody answers the phones there. I asked about the 2 day shipping and the person told me thats to get my item processed In 2 days not shipped. And that it would be 5 -7 business days. To me that normal shipping I shouldn't have paid an additional 40 for that. Anyways long story short they cancelled my order because I questioned that. Super unprofessional, terrible customer service. DO NOT buy from them especially since they think they can treat customers with a question like garbage "

New wheels

"Ordered my wheels in April i knew it might be delayed because of the Stimulus money being spent. Got them a couple of days ago . Super Happy with them , Michael and the team were great at communicating the status of my order and giving me updates. They are working their tails off to keep the orders on time but are at the mercy of their suppliers. I would definitely use them again.
