"I ordered three items, skunk2 header, skunk2 exhaust and exedy stage 2 clutch for my 8th gen civic si. They didn’t say on their websites whether if these items are in stock or back ordered. Their main priority is to get you to buy from them and then wait for at least a month and a half to get one item. Luckily I got my header and I waited for the other two items. Waited nearly a month and a half only to be disappointed. I texted them through Instagram and several email later, they responded. Email said they won’t have the item until another month and I immediately requested for a refund. Which I got it back pretty fast. There are several other website or order your part straight from the original dealer. Trust me it’ll be worth it rather than being confused by these third party dealers. You may have to pay more but it’s worth it! "
"I've ordered a bunch of stuff from HardMotion. Never had an issue with any of my orders. The owner even upgraded my camber arms free of charge because what I ordered wasn't available and there was no info on when they'd be available since this was around when covid started. Shipping has been normal as well, even during covid.

"For anyone looking for wheels(or other parts) during this difficult time where almost everything is out of stock, don't be desperate like I was and purchase from this website. I placed a $760 order on a set of 4 JNC014 wheels in the size 17x10. This is a new size for the JNC014 that has yet to be distributed. They are backordered EVERYWHERE and have yet to be sold, even on the official JNC website. Me, being impatient, decided to try out this website because they didn't have any notifications about stock shortages. They also said which color and wheel size combo they "had available" so I selected the chrome wheels that are 17x10 with a 5x114.3 bolt pattern. To my surprise, they let me add them to my cart as if they were in stock. After the purchase, I did not get notified. I was NOT given an order confirmation. Tracking info. NOTHING. I made the purchase on a Saturday and their hours state M-F. So I gave it a couple days. It is now Tuesday and still NOTHING. The only thing that has changed is my credit card being charged $760 for something that may never be in stock... They seem like a local company out of California and I don't think they are purposely scamming people but this is still not cool. I have so much more parts to buy. I would of bought something else for my car if I knew I wasn't receiving these ANYTIME soon. That my main issue. Just let me know that you cant sell me the wheels you don't have before charging me and not responding to any emails. "

"I hate to write a one star review but I feel like I have too. I ordered and invidia n1 exhaust for my 9th gen civic si, and I bought it from them becuase they had a good price on it so I bought it and then a week went by and my status still said awaiting payment, the order wasn't even processed, I found it a little odd so I contacted them and when I tell you they don't care I mean they don't care. I emailed them asking for an update and bearly 4 days after I get a reply them saying that apparently the exhaust was out of stock and that they would have to pre order it. Which was weird becuase there was no warning or message that this item was out of stock on the website, but they told me that they would have to pre order it and then ship it after 1-2 months. So I decided to cancel the order with them and I sent another email for them to cancel the order and note!!!! This was 1 week ago almost 2 weeks now as I'm writing this. I've sent 4 different emails to them regarding cancelation and no reply nowhere to be found! I had to contact the financing company that I bought this through which is Klarna the customer service rep told me that harmotion had not even accepted the order after 2 weeks of me buying it which is ridiculous, Klarna is trying to fix it becuase hardmotion themselves were unable to do they're job and could care less. DO NOT buy from this company unless you want to get screwed over. Never again."

"Ordered some wheels beginning of April. Was told 4 to 10 weeks for delivery. There was decent communication before I placed the order. July 16 (15 weeks) now and havent received anything. Tried calling, email, social media messaging and nothing. No response ever after i placed the order. I would never do business with this company again. Beware, take your money elsewhere to a more reputable company."
