"So I ordered an exhaust, intake, and headers for my car. I got the exhaust and intake in about 2 weeks as they said, but they messed up the tracking orders so I had no idea of when the packages were supposed to arrive. The headers are another story. It's been well over a month and there is no information regarding them. I've tried multiple times to contact them about when I can expect them and I get no response back. Take your money somewhere else!!"

"i dont know why i keep ordering from these guys, ive only recieved one out of 4 products ive ordered from them in the past, they dont care about you at all. ordered plm headers for my 07 si weeks ago and still awaiting fulfillment. no communication at all, they tell you its going to take 2-4 weeks to process after they take your money and they really dont like responding to your emails either. reading the other reviews i might have to dispute it with my bank and file a complaint to the ftc to even get my money back. only reason i ordered from them is because they had 9 in stock at the time, didnt think id still have to wait a month just for it to ship i dont have that kind of time, the worst part is when they said the order couldnt be cancelled in the order email. holding my whole project back because they cant run their business"

"I purchased a set of wheels from this company and waiting approx. 3 weeks with no update so I asked about the order progress in the companys preferred method of communication which was social media. No response for a month, no refund was offered. I had to place a claim with paypal to get a refund. To this day I haven't heard from this company luckily I used PayPal.
TLDR: Avoid this company at all costs."
"When I saw these reviews I got worried, I saw them after I placed my order. When I emailed to check on my order I got an instant response. Although the person initially confused my order with another, they promised it would ship within a couple of days and it did! I was still concerned because I didn't get a tracking number when it shipped but as promised, 24 hours later I had it in my email. The product arrived today (my birthday) in perfect condition and in the correct version. Not to delegitimize others experiences with this site, but mine was 100% positive. Thank you Hardmotion!"

"Purchased a set of Avid1 AV27 wheels from Hardmotion; they were very helpful with getting the right size and explaining how basic measurements such as offset works, and did a lot of communication with the manufacturer to get updates on wheels that would be coming in stock soon to get the ones that I wanted. Ended up receiving 1 wheel with a small factory defect, and Hardmotion was able to get a new wheel shipped out to me at no cost which was great!"
