"Many years ago, as I would visit business, I would occasionally see a small poster in some back room (usually where customers never were invited) that would show three intersecting circles labeled Price, Quality and Quick Delivery. Below the three circles it read, "Pick Any Two." However, my experience with grillpartssearch.com was absolutely where all three circles did converge and I didn't have to lower my expectations to 'pick any two'. "Ordering parts was easy, and the parts arrived quickly. Perfect fit for all items. Even the 3" replacement post. The grill is from the 70's and aside from being modified from a fixed mount to cart and converted from natural gas to propane about 30 years ago, it keeps going strong. New burners, rock grates and a can of high heat paint every several years are all it needs."

difficult to adjust as they were of one stamped piece rather than flixible wire as when made in the USA 7/8 years ago. I did get it vaguely adjusted but not the way I would haVE liked."

"Every replacement part for my 1973 Charm-Glo grill that I needed you had in stock. There was only one problem, which I was not
aware of at the time I ordered my parts. I received a 7" Venturi Tube, when in fact I needed a 5 1/2" Tube. The 7" Venturi Tube makes the burner sit too high, making it wobble, and not sit firmly in the casing. I will some how adapt it to work for my grill.

“Thank you for your review and comment about our customer service. The flexible venturi tubes we sell are corrugated stainless steel outer tubes with a rigid chrome steel inner tube. You have to slide the inner tube out first and then bend the outer tube to the required shape. Of course our tubes will take a little more effort to adjust because they are sturdier than the aluminum foil tubes that come with other "universal" style H or oval burners you may find online or in the big box stores. We do carry many USA-made parts but adjustable venturis are not one of them, regardless of which style you get.”
