"Apparently, GrillParts.com has become the parts department for Nexgrill.

I ordered a simple NEXGRILL regulator and hose on a grill that was purchased 7/2/2016 and quit working on 10/10/2016. It is now 1/25/2017 and the part has not been shipped - the parts department wanted to look up when the next shipment might go out, so I cancelled the order. I have been told it would ship in about 2 weeks several times.

It turns out that a Universal regulator and hose from Home Depot works fine (i originally purchased the grill from them), but I was told by Nexgrill that a universal regulator and hose would not work on this grill. They ran me thru several tests so that we could confirm that it was the regulator, and then they had me call GrillParts to get a replacemtent - it was free, but the shipping was $17-$18. The universal regulator at Home Depot was about $20, but they gave it to me for free. They were very nice, and even offered to replace the entire grill.

So my advice is don't do business with Nexgrill or Grillparts as they have no idea what customer service is about."

"Grillparts.com sent me an ignitor that was not as pictured and did not fit my grill. The first one they sent was damaged when I tried to make it fit. The second one, again, was not the grill part pictured and thus, did not fit my grill.

I've decided I'll light my grill manually. Not worth the hassle of returning, plus not refunding the postage is a large part of the total bill."

"I have an old Coleman BBQ grill (which is actually a rebadged Char-Broil 8000-series) that needed a new cooking grid, burner, vapor shield and briquet plate. This was the only website I found that made it clear which replacement parts I needed to order for my rebadged grill. In addition, the briquet plate and new ignitor were included (unlike other sites), and the price was almost $40 less (after s/h) than other sites.

The only issue I had was that one part was on backorder, but did not receive an email notification about it...I had to check the website for the shipping status, and there was no ETA for the items to ship. It took 9 days for them to ship the order.

Otherwise, the parts fit perfectly...just grilled sirloin burgers tonight, the grill is like new again. Very happy with the website navigation and the price."
