This “company” is a SHAM

"Charged my PayPal account immediately for a grill grate. Absolutely no confirming information information sent (e.g., est. delivery date, shipping info., etc.). Suspecting a scam, I called the number listed. Person who answered asked for my phone number and email and said someone would call me back. No callback. I called again. Different person answered who under questioning said they were an answering service, not part of the “company”. Took contact information. Again, no call back.

I Filed a claim with PayPal and notified the Florida Attorney General’s office. This outfit may have been semi-legitimate at one point, but based on my experience it is a SCAM. Don’t be a sucker. Stay away!

Awesome Customer Service, Repair Parts And Bourban Mollases Rub

"I purchased a Natural Gas to Propane Converter for my Weber Genesis Grill back in October of 2020. I received the needed parts quickly and with the Video and the Tutorial help I installed the new parts in about 30 min. My Weber has worked flawlessly ever since. I would also like to mention that I also received a few small packets of the Bourbon Molasses Dry Rub with my order. I looked at the packets and tossed them into my cabinet where I keep all my spices and rubs and then promptly forgot about them. Fast forward to July 4th 2021. I bought some beautiful Ribeye steaks for the celebration and BBQ at my house. I've used Kinder's Woodfired Garlic Rub and the Buttery Steakhouse Rub. I've also used Montreal Steak Seasoning and Zatarain's Creole Seasoning and quite a few others in my time. I wanted to try something different and saw the packets and I sure am glad that I did. I have got to say that the Bourbon Molasses Dry Rub is the BEST rub that I have ever used. The steaks were cook flawlessly and with the Bourbon Molasses Dry Rub my steak was brought to a whole new level. My girlfriend Shelley who is from Texas replied to me when I asked her how she liked the Bourbon Molasses dry rub that I used on those Prime cut Ribeye said ”Do you want the honest truth”? I said of course Shelley. Shelley went on to say that it is the Best Rub and steak she has ever had then went on to say how perfect those steaks are, which is why I called you today to order a few shakers of that great Bourbon Molasses dry rub. I will keep that rub stocked from now on. By the way, neither of us fell off the chuck wagon last night. We have both been enjoying BBQ for a long time. I’m 59 and Shelley is 48. Thank you again for the parts and the rub that I will be enjoying for a very long time. Keep up the customer service, great work and business that you have. I will been a lifetime client of yours.

Terrible

"They send the wrong part, customer service email was always rejected. I called and a very nice lady responded. She said I would get a return email and I would receive a refund. Neither one of the promises from her has happened."

edited because they actually responded to my email after 2 days..

the proper product was sent out and arrived in a few days.

Buyer Burned by Grill-Parts sales

"Ordered replacement burners for Costco grill based on grill-parts numbers. The burners were not the correct length and sat loose on the grill I worried they weren’t safe as the burners wouldn’t conduct the gas properly. I asked for a refund and gril-parts insist they sent the correct part and for me to send proof of size discrepancy, these burners were never used brand new. This company has a bad after sales service and you should do elsewhere "

Perfect fit and got here QUICK

"I ordered some replacement parts for my Char-Broil and told myself I would be doing ribs for the Labor Day. WRONG. I was fired up. They parts came in ONE day. Couldn’t believe it. Packaged securely too. Great service. I will order again!! "

"i only ordered from them because they claimed the part was in stock. Then they said oh well there was a handling problem and now its not in stock. Order straight from char broil or amazon. Took me 2 months to recieve burner and no phone number to call only email...awful"

"I had ordered from an other company and got the wrong part. I contacted Grill Parts and got the right part and the even confirmed in email that it would work on my BBQ.

It did installation to 2 minutes and everything work I will definitely use them again.

"After searching around online Grillparts.com had the best prices so I went with them over buying through a internet giant and I am glad I did. Parts shipped quick and were exactly as described on the website. One piece came damaged in transit and was quickly and easily replaced with one email and replied to by an actual person. I already recommended them to my neighbor how happened to also need some grill replacement parts. "

WARNING!! BEWARE OF GRILL-REPAIR.COM (a/k/a MAJESTIC GRILL PARTS)!!!!

"WARNING!! BEWARE OF GRILL-REPAIR.COM (a/k/a MAJESTIC GRILL PARTS)
While I have participated in literally hundreds of on-line transactions over the years, this is the first and only time I have ever felt compelled to file a negative review of a business in an effort to warn others. The factual summary of my experiences are as follows:
1. On July 13, 2019, I purchased lp orifices and one lp regulator hose (needed to convert my Weber gas grill from natural gas to propane) from grill-repair.com (also known as Majestic Grill Parts);
2. After I received no confirmation of my purchase, I incorrectly believed my first transaction did not go through - so on July 17, 2019 I ordered parts again and paid Majestic a second time (again I received no confirmation of my purchase);
3. For two weeks after we provided our payments I repeatedly emailed Majestic asking for confirmation of my order and requesting a refund of my overpayment - aside from one email where Majestic wrongly claimed I had not informed them of the make/model of my grill, Majestic provided no response until I threatened to report the company and pursue a claim for the $122 we paid;
4. Finally, on July 31, 2019 I was contacted by a person identified as “Jason” who: 1) apologized for being an “****”; 2) claimed the delays were due to undiagnosed “medical issues” he was dealing with; 3) assured me the parts I ordered had been shipped; and 4) promised he would provide a refund of our approx $60 overpayment on August 1st (I accepted Jason’s apology and thanked him).
It is now August 12, 2019 ... nearly two more weeks have passed and we have NOT received shipment of any of the ordered parts, nor any refund of any portion of our overpayment!! I have repeatedly emailed Jason over the past ten days requesting a status update and we have received absolutely no response ... let alone any explanation as to why Jason misrepresented that our parts had been shipped and our refund would be provided on 8/1/19.
While Jason blames Majestic Grill Parts’ failures to meet its customer obligations on “medical issues”, I believe the negative reviews posted by other past customers detail a long history of terrible customer service and deceitful behavior by Majestic Grill Parts and Jason. At this point, since Majestic and Jason refuse to provide the parts or return our money, I am left with no option but to attempt to recover our $122 from PayPal. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to file with the Florida Attorney General’s and Secretary of State’s offices.
Based on my experience with Jason, my advice is that people should AVOID ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTION WITH GRILL-REPAIR.COM AND MAJESTIC GRILL PARTS AT ALL COSTS!!
Given my very negative comments in this review, I believe it is only fair that I stand behind them by providing my name and email address if people wish to contact me with questions.
