"Bought TemTem and Borderlands 3, got an amazing sale price plus made it easy to use coupons and really get out the gate with no issue. Used the codes, worked immediately, love the site and the ease of use."
"الموقع سهل وسريع في ارسال الكود انا مكنت اعرفه بس شفت عرض مره بطل قلت اجربه من اليوم اعتمده بدل g2a"
"This was my first time using the site, but I thought it was great! It was very easy to use and the key's for the games I ordered were emailed to me. I just copied and pasted them into the appropriate platform (Steam and Epic) and saved some money! "
"An amazing deal i got ESO 60% less than the price in the game website "
"Get good game at good price."
"Well for $1.72 for Life is Strange 2 couldn't pass it up "
"Awesome and fast and pretty Cheap as well!"
"Meh, got the game I bought. Recieved several emails congratulating me on the VIP access, just to not actually have access. Also didn't get a referral bonus owed to me. No reason to buy here unless they have a great sale going on, otherwise they just bait you with VIP emails without actually giving you access. Was a better site 2 years ago."
"They have such a vague way of telling what kind of key you're getting that even though it said the game comes with a Steam key, apparently that only applies to certain countries. I wanted a Steam key. I thought I'd bought a Steam key, and turns out it was for another launcher. I won't be shopping at Green Man Gaming again."
"They didn't want do refund me for a DLC I bought by mistake"
"Check out was fast and had no issues. Would use again"
"I went to purchase a Wolfenstein game from this store and on the right side of the store page there is a tiny logo and piece of text that reads "DRM". It listed "Bethesda", which I know is the game developer. I falsely assumed that they were just listing the developer of the game. I also incorrectly assumed that the key that I received would work on Steam. It did not. I didn't even know Bethesda has their own launcher. I definitely didn't want to have yet another launcher on my PC. I went and purchased it directly on Steam, which I should have done in the first place.
I asked for a refund or a store credit. They coldly refused and linked me to their return policy and then immediately closed my help ticket. The company should make it more apparent where the key will activate. CDkeys.com has it much more apparent where it will activate. Go there instead.
Overall, even if you end up saving a few bucks here and there, I have found that it's just better not to deal with the hassle and just buy directly from the Steam store."
"I've bought a Steam key for a game shown as available, after the payment they sent me a message saying they are out of stock and they will send me the key whenever it will be available, no refund. I will never trust them again."
"I couldnt redeem a code. So i submitted a request to refund. Only respond i got was the generic "have you tried this instead" message.
Still havent got a refund even though i should because I tick every box in the list of there refund policy..."
"I could not activate my game key on my region."
