Was it the packaging, the other picture was fine or the handling, can’t tell. I was able to put the frame back together and the pics are hanging."
"I bought two large canvas prints at 20"x60" in size. One of them is the Synchronize IV Wall Art. It is beautiful and the colour is stunning. The other one is the Synchronize 3 Wall Art which came missing a hanging hardware and had two defects. I received a replacement print right away. Unfortunately the replacement one came badly damaged. Great Big Canvas has graciously offered me refund for the defective-damaged piece. Customer Services are amazing. The reason for the 4-star rating instead of a 5-star rating is the sealed/finished back which not only off-gas but also making the wall art heavier and harder to hang."
