"I had ordered a 16x20 canvas print. My initial thought when I opened it up was this is a really nice print but upon looking closer I began to see defects in the print. There were several spots throughout the print where the ink didn't cover properly leaving white dots. From far it wasn't noticeable but up close it was. A little disappointed about that. "
"I had forgotten to put “wall stick” on my order, these guys got me what I needed right away, will not go anywhere else. Products are on awesome heavier than expected stock and stick to the wall better than advertised with no residue when I had to adjust for level. My office is now a much better place to be. "I spent about $320.00 in two canvas knowing and reading very carefully the return policy. One of them was low quality and the canvas cut was terrible taking of an important elements of the photography. Since I started my return I sent 4 emails and I didn’t receive my store credit even that I cut the canvas and sent the picture following their instructions. Terrible experience. I don't want to think what the process would be like if I were requesting a cash refund. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!"

"While the color is great, I am terribly frustrated by the lack of ability to hang these! I spent over $400 and I have hung this 5 times, while coming back to see it dangling! The hanger pockets they provide pop out of the seams. There is no structure to secure nails to. I took a hammer and put in my own brackets, while the frame part of these canvases is made out of cardboard or something; nails won’t stay in and pop back out! Soooo frustrating! I called customer service and there is no real person on the other end to talk to! These are soooo cheaply made! "

"Ordered a 6ft wide, large picture. The way it was packaged was incredible, so I knew before I even saw it that it would be high quality. The canvas frame is very sturdy and adequate for the size of the canvas. The canvas is pulled and attached well. They use D-rings for hanging vs others who hammer in teeth for hanging that just end up falling out. Very happy with the purchase!"
