"Ordered the picture with frame 14 days ago as a special gift for someone. Item still hasn’t delivered and I filed a complaint for an update or status. This was 48 hours ago and surprise, no response. Will not use or recommend Great Big Canvas. They are pricey, unresponsive, and I still have no idea where my item is or if it will even deliver. I was charged for it though. GBC was able to execute that portion of the transaction flawlessly. "
"This work of art was a perfect gift for our son. His first childhood pet was a Grey/Timberwolf mix from a mated-for-life pair. She quickly moved from pet to family member. KO was caring, sweet, patient and listened. She was very intuitive. We never worried about her nipping people or attacking dogs. Her entire focus was to her family and especially her crib mate, my son. This picture looks just like her. She died of old age. We miss her."

"Purchased XL picture and frame is thin and priced together creating seams at sides of structure. One side seam came apart in transit. We were able to self repair. Also, hangers at top of picture were crooked and small so had to purchase and apply more sturdy hanging hooks to properly hand on wall. "
