The google store support team does not deserve any stars.

"The google store support team does not deserve any stars. Even one star is too many for that irresponsible team. My pixel 2 can't be powered on. I contact the customer service. Then my case is escalated. Very soon I receive email from the specialist asking more details. I reply it. After that, the specialist disappear. I email again and again. They just ignore it. No any response. I call the customer services everyday. They just want me to wait. No any update about my case. Now I am still waiting. It's already three days! I have no phone for three days!"

No Customer service

"I had trouble buying an item and when I fixed the issue I decided I did not want to buy. Well it was charged anyway. Then there was no way to cancel. Called google express in morning and no way to cancel. Item will not ship for 5 days, No way to cancel. Filed a case with the bank and will refuse item. This is a nightmare. "

google store is a disappointment

"Not sure how google messed up their store, but the experience is horrible, from the no response to trying to finance an 800 dollar pixel, and there is no help with trying to understand the finance option, when i finally gave up and charged it to a credit card, the phone arrived on time, even though fed ex still shows it en route, but, now the case is 4 days over due. Google customer service said to have patience, i said cancel my order... amazon will have a case for me tomorrow, 9 days later and google customer service expected me to wait a couple more days...... the google store needs overhaul and better service, your tracking and support are the worse i have experienced in some time. there was a used car dealer I dealt with that you are comparable too"

Worst customer service. Don't risk your money

"I bought a pixel 3 phone on April 29, 2019
Order #GS.8300-2909-0755 costing $699+tax $765. The phone box was damaged so I requested the return and was issued an RMA # RMA02170227 and they also sent a prepaid Fedex
shipping label with tracking # 795719681783. I have sent the phone & they have received and I got this email

So I waited 14 business days & checked with Synchrony Bank . They mentioned they have not received the credit from Google.

So here begins my online shopping nightmare.
Everyday I have been emailing & calling both Google store & Synchrony Bank and Google store has the lamest customer service from some poor English speaking country and with limited powers to the customer service representatives,where the standard reply is "I have escalated to my supervisor and you will hear back" this is the exact same message I get whenever I call Google store. It's not Synchrony banks mistake as Google store has admitted that funds have not left them.

WORST WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. MY MONEY $765 IS LOST. MY PEACE OF MIND IS GONE.

Two Stars because the pixel phone is a good phone. Customer service very poor

"Yes things break and I except that. I don't except poor customer service. That is what I received while getting a new phone. 8 days and not processed correctly yet. Ordered the phone two days later call to check on order. Google stated I had issue with credit card. Issue ended up being on Google , so two days later order got processed to shipping. Two days later noticed the shipping address was missing street number. Google said no problem we will ave dropped off at Fed ex ship location for me to pick up. Well Fex ex stated they had to ship it back to Google because that is what they requested. The google Supervisor stated I had to wait for order to process before they could ship. Well that was 3 1/2 days ago. guess what they say they are still waiting for shipping to process. * days no phone. How would you rate the customer service. I would be very careful on buying anything from Google Store because of the care for customers. or lack of."

So far so good

"Surprised to see such bad reviews. I've used the Google Store several times and had good results. Also had to exchange a Pixel 2 awhile back and that went fine. Bought a Pixel 3 earlier this year and that went fine. Most recently I bought a Pixel 3a and traded in a phone and that also went fine. Will update if anything changes."

Terrible google store support

"This is the worst customer service I have ever had! About 3 weeks ago I had an issue with the camera with my Google Pixel phone. Called help desk..which tried few work rounds but that did not help. So they asked me to send my Google Pixel Phone by FedEx since it was still in warranty; which I did. After few phone calls and follow up emails I finally got a reply by email. Apparently the wear house says they did not receive my phone from which I provided an IMEI number upfront and showed clearly it was Google pixel Phone. Now the wear house says it did not receive my phone but a Samsung S1 128 GB phone. Which is ridiculous since no person in their right mind would send a Samsung Phone to a Google company to get a Pixel phone to be repaired. On the 2nd place this is impossible we never owned a Samsung S1 and there is not a such thing as a Samsung S1 (2010) with 128GB memory. So it does not make any sense. Then we ask them to send us a photo or check the IMEI number several times form the phone they apparently received..but no response. The only thing we hear/read is since you did not send us the correct phone we can send it back to you if you pay us the costs for sending. Well we send a Pixel phone in the first place and we just want to have confirmation if you have received our phone. Is that too much asked so we can be sure no-one during the FedEx or at the Google wear house did replace our phone? We have spent several emails and long phone calls . Today the phone call was after few transfers and 45 min disconnected and someone will call us back.

Honestly this is too ridiculous for words

Terrible support

"Compared to Apple terrible support for flagship devices I bought Pixel C and enrolled in Android O beta. When full version came out, it didn't automatically switch me to release version. Beta was stable, so I kept it. But now I can't get out even with full reset. Phone support said it's no longer supported and can't help me. Can you imagine Apple doing same with iPad Pro, which was released BEFORE Pixel?!"

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER- Pixel 3a battry defective problem

"Worst worst worst!!!!!!!! Service ever in my life. I have never expected this kind of service from Google. Google really need to fire their entire technician team. Poor customer server EVER. they left the customer with an unsatisfied answer. Wasted my 5 hours on call.
Purchased pixel 3a a day after it launched. paid extra $20 for express shipping. and what you get!!!!!!
A defective battery problemed phon. I even purchased protection fees and they are not ready to return, they want me to pay for shipping. They keep arguing with me what the worst service I ever had.

Don't deal with delivery problems

"Almost a waste of time writing them a 1-star review as it appears well documented that they have abysmal service.
For me, delivery problem by Ontrac (that's a surprise - ha ha). Ontrac admits they misdelivered the item and it is lost. Easy enough to call them on the phone and they will state so. I issued a Google Store service request within minutes of learning of the delivery problem. Google Store apparently has there own way to communicate with Ontrac and does not just call them. Apparently Ontrac just ignores the Google Store requests so my lost item will remain forever lost and Google Store will not deal with it.

Yet another dissatisfied customer

"Google really needs to fire their whole team involved in the store in any way. These incompetent people seem to never rearm more than 1 star on any review sites.
Like a hundred other stories I tried to order a pixel 3 and they screwed it up, tried to blame me, and just generally ensured I won't ever send them a dime unless I read a public firing of whoever is in charge over there.

Absolutely no help

"I purchased a Pixel 3 XL with a promotional code that was supposed to give Google Play credit. I didn't receive the credit so contacted customer service. Their customer service response was they didn't have access to the discount codes used during purchases and to contact the developer that advertised the discount. I have previously purchased a Pixel and Pixel 2 with similar poor responses to issues with the phones. Blame shifting and no help."
